Not worth the time, I've had orders messed up more times than I can count. Drive thru is empty and they get you to go to the front so their drive thru times stay low. I'd avoid this location. The new one at the start of kamloops is way better

DEI hires throughout. Can't understand what's being said . On either end of the 🎤 🎙 microphone. And arguing with the customer. I asked for a double double and was given a less then a single single. Then proceed to argue that I'm wrong. Lol been drinking double doubles for years . I think I know what I like. Shape up or get some Canadians working that speak our English language fluently.
Park you for a cappuccino, only to bring it made wrong, or just a whole cup of foamed milk.

They consistently mess up the order, even though the screen reads correctly. A month ago they messed up every item - was 2 breakfast combo orders, wrong breakfast sandwiches, missing hashbrowns, coffee instead of tea, missing a extra juice I forgot and went there yesterday, in true form - the messed up that as well. Asked for steeped tea 2 sugar 1 milk...given a black coffee with nothing in it. Avoid this place. Terrible

my experience here was awful, the food was slow and kept getting messed up 5 times, and the bagel had such little creamcheese. the food caller for orders was giving attitude and being rude. Tim hortons has went down so much. do not go here whatsoever

Food was nice and the staff offered great customer service. Especially the Trainee at the counter was super helpful and friendly. Rarely experience such gentle and competent employees. Would recommend!
