This the worst tim Horton I have ever seen . There were so many people in the kitchen running around they have zero organization skills. They missed up few guests orders . I asked for latte the girl who served me i remember her working in budget inn suites . She basically put her damn fingers inside my cup instead of taking the cup from outside. My experience with that lady is terrible whether in tim horton here or her night shift at the budget inn please have some costumer service.

I've been coming to this Tims Hortons regularly and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and quick, even during the morning rush. The store is clean, the service is fast. Keep up the great work!

By far the slowest Tim's I've ever been in. Mistakes were made on our order and the people who ordered ahead of us. Pay your staff more money so you can recruit a full team!
Edit: I couldn't even drink the coffee. It was somehow battery and somehow tasted burnt at the same time.

Everything about the people working here sucks. “Can I have a fork?” “You want a sleeve for your drink?” “No a fork” Cashier just disappears. “Hey, can I get the $8.99 meal deal that’s right above your head?” “You want a pizza?” “No, I want the meal deal that’s comes with a drink, a donut, and a flatbread for $8.99. It’s on the sign that’s right above your head” “Nope that doesn’t exist you can have a flatbread for $8.99” For the love of god. Hire people and actually train them. Everything took forever, nobody working there understood what any customer was saying. Booo, you suck, both thumbs down.
