Past 12 AM food service takes a very long but that’s expected. food quality varies. Sometimes it’s very good. Sometimes it’s meh… the atmosphere is ok staff is welcoming would come again

I can through the drive thru ordered a bagel and 2 donuts and a muffin. The bagel was like a rock and the donuts were stale but the worst was the fruit explosion muffin I took a bite and it tasted like it had gone rancid I spit it out and it had a foul smell and nearly caused me to vomit. I am absolutely disgusted

I would love to share my experience as I wanted to try vanilla yogurt, so I tried to so many branches even I tried in kelowna as well but I did not found it as many search got completed when I visit this store and atmosphere was also good and staff was friendly.

Not Allergy Friendly! They told me not to eat or even drink there. Very unhelpful. Not educated about allergies at all. Very disappointed.
Dietary restrictions: No options for dietary restrictions. Told me not to eat/drink there.
Watched my order take 10 minutes to make two coffees whilst the staff member did other things and had to be reminded twice by a colleague to focus on the coffees. Ended up being warm not hot

Used to be the best Tims in loops. They recently hired a whole bunch of "new canadians" now there's grounds in the coffee, double double had no sugar the last two times I've been there. and they screwed up my food order last two times as well.

This 5⭐️ review is solely because they actually filled the cup to the top, unlike every other Tim Hortons. Meaning, I actually got the extra large coffee that I ordered, instead of a “Large” in an XL cup.
