Whoop whoop, that's the sound of da doughnut police 🍩🍩👮♂️🍩🍩
Drive thru, they forgot to put the top bun on the sandwich. Passing through town and didnt have time to turn around. Absolute mess it became for car food.

I was at another tims in kamloops and got given the wrong coffee we were driving so we stopped at this one and told them what happened and they asked if I would like a spoon and a pack of sugar I declined and had too pay for a new coffee not happy !
We just went through the drive-thru on our way out of Kamloops and they were fast, friendly, and my bagels were toasted and buttered perfectly! This was the best Tim Hortons I have been to in years.

Ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese. Picture says enough but service was terrible. Went with my grandpa in total we ordered 5 items. A water bottle, coffee with one cream, a BELT(no tomato) bagel, plain croissant, and last my bagel with extra cream cheese. BELT had only egg and bacon, coffee was black, and there is definitely NOT extra cream cheese. I usually wouldn’t report on this but it was 7am and was not busy whatsoever. After driving 6 hours overnight and stopping for breakfast on the way through kamloops, was not impressed.

The early morning staff were friendly and professional, wish we had them in Edmonton. The espresso is still weak and the iced coffee is different at every location.

Worse place in town for coffe or anything on the menu. Expensive for what you get and rude nasty employees that take a long long time.
I am a truck driver, and Tim Hortons makes my ride perfect, but sometimes, at rare locations, staff do not speak polite, but at this location, all staff members are very polite they all are treat very well and served a food very respectfully. This location is very clean and very quiet , and it is mind relaxing.
Disappointed that this is what Tim's has become.
Past 12 AM food service takes a very long but that’s expected. food quality varies. Sometimes it’s very good. Sometimes it’s meh… the atmosphere is ok staff is welcoming would come again
