Employees can NEVER hear when I try to order. I have to raise my voice every time I go through the drive through. Last time I went through I had to repeat myself three times and the last time they told me I was being rude, even though I wasn’t and then they refused to serve me. Way to ruin a family trip.

Very bad. First problem is a bit petty, but why have 2 drive thru lanes open if there's 1 person working them and taking a 5 minute break in between each order? Food was nasty, got the wrong drink but an extra star for service because the girl happily replaced it once we told her. My husband's wrap looked like it was assembled and wrapped by a raccoon. Whoever manages this place clearly does not care at all based on all the other terrible reviews. The owner might be better suited to a job breaking rocks with their hands for the skill level it takes to maintain such a poorly run restaurant.

Always in a rush, even when there is only a few cars. Don't listen properly for the order, but tell you to have payment ready enough times. Has to fix order when you get to the window. Not great service.

Doesn’t even get a one star from me. The lady who took our order this afternoon should be fired! Literally after a second of saying what I wanted I get the most rude tone of voice “Anything else”!? I was making a big order as I have 5 kids to order for. I wasn’t even done telling her my whole order and she tells me “See you at the window”. Not only that but they messed up our order didn’t get the sandwich we asked for, a hashbrown and the potatoe wedges. She made me pay for the sandwich after thinking I paid for everything already. Told them we didn’t get the wedges we asked for and the lady who took my order had the audacity to argue with me about it! After she argued with me about it they decided to give me the wedges for free after holding up the drive thru lineup because of their mistakes they were burnt to a crisp anyway. Terrible food, and the ice cap we asked for was pure liquid. Absolutely terrible service, and terrible food. I always hear bad stuff about this location, but I thought I would give it a chance because it was close where I needed to go. After visiting you guys should avoid this place like the plague. Absolutely worst Tim Hortons in town. Terrible service, rude employees, and even worse food. I don’t often write negative reviews if at all any, but I couldn’t not write about this place.

Ordered a hot cha latte via drive-thru…not overly busy. Paid for my order and advised to wait in the parking lot. Waited, waited and waited for over 15 mins. Finally walked inside to the counter and my order was still not prepared. Finally got my order and drove off, but it was a coffee.
Very poor service and this is my final visit to this particular location.

I just went to order at this location, but i was so much disappointed with my order. I ordered a bowl instead they punched in a loaded wrap and I was ok with it but once i got my order it wasn’t even what I orders just a regular crispy chicken wrap.When I complain about it guess, nothing happens neither i got my receipt even I asked about it too. They said nothing or not even changed my order. It just happened today around 2:50 pm at dec 7. Need to hire or trained properly.Worst experience ever. Not coming back again ever.

Okay, I normally don’t make reviews but I had a horrible experience. First was ordering, everything I said it seemed to be misunderstood. Then I got to the window, they made the drink wrong so they had to remake it. Then they handed me the food without saying anything. Then I came home and opened my food and found my order wrong. I should not have to open everything to make sure it is right. They were rude and didn’t seem to care… don’t wanna go back

Dont even try using the mobile app, none of the staff know how to process a mobile order. Youll probably encounter the team lead shouting at you to call your bank even though its loaded onto a tims gift card in the app. -1 out of 5 stars

I stopped at this location with my husband and daughter on our way home from a walk, there was 1 vehicle in the drive thru and 7 people in total in the restaurant, 2 of which were sitting at a table. It took over 10 minutes to get a hot chocolate, a coffee and 2 donuts... They also left another customer waiting even longer that had ordered 3 hot chocolates and a 50 pack of timbits... The staff weren't very friendly, moved slowly, spoke quietly and never once smiled.
While we were waiting I walked up to the display case to have a look at the donuts, the glass is disgustingly filthy... Like seriously guys? If that's what your display case looks like, I'm afraid to see what your kitchen looks like.. Absolutely unacceptable
