Every time I come to this location I place an order through the app and every single time they get it wrong or its not ready ask me to wait in the parking lot go in food and drinks still not ready. Staff is terrible!!

Worst service of all the locations in Kamloops. Doesn't matter what you order in the drive thru you are asked to wait in the parking lot. When I declined because I refused to wait in the parking lot for a beverage I was told to go somewhere else.

I got an egg sandwich three times in a row that had egg shell in it. On the bright side, once I also went here and they completely forgot my order. Like, they asked what we ordered and gave us whatever we said we bought. Great place to scam the business out of some food, but bad quality food, the service workers *barely* speak English and mess up orders at least 50% of the time. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG!!!

Was at Tims at 6:30 am yesterday to grab some breakfast nobody was at the drive through and doors closed staff clearly seen inside, My past experiences have also been very poor at this location, with huge wait times for basic items and poor quality. I think that this tim hortons requires an audit from Tim Hortons corporate as they fall behind at this franchise location.

I would rewrite this with a better review when you guys have your lobby hours posted online. It really sucks when I walk all the way to the location to find out that the Lobby is closed when the store hours say that you are open but doesn't specify whether that's just drive-thru or what
