I came here to order two supreme stack sandwiches which are limited time items on the menu. The first time I enjoyed one it was a remarkable experience and actually the first and only time I have ever enjoyed a sandwich from Tim Hortons. I would never come to this establishment other than to use a bathroom. The customer service is atrocious as I asked for the sandwich to be grilled or cooked on a panini press so that the bun was crispy. The customer service agent very rudely told me that this is not possible, however that is how I enjoyed the first one and the second time I ordered one it came baked in an oven which severely decreased the level of satisfaction. I will not return to this establishment for another opportunity to spend any money.

Clearly can't be bothered keeping their Google listing up to date. Was closed at 8:00pm on a Monday in peak tourist season after we walked 1km just to get a coffee and apple fritter. Not happy Jan!
