Clearly can't be bothered keeping their Google listing up to date. Was closed at 8:00pm on a Monday in peak tourist season after we walked 1km just to get a coffee and apple fritter. Not happy Jan!

The washrooms are horrendous. This seems to be a general Tum Hortons trend. We lodged another complaint.

The customer service was excellent. But the washrooms were very untidy and need to care about them. It was in the morning at 8:30 Am and it should clean before opening. Specifically the handicapped washroom.

I never visit again there because of the service and the way of communication so that’s alll I don’t wanna insult anyone but that’s fine

Supervisor did very little to serve us as customers. Wasn't wearing a name tag, and even though the mistake that was experienced wasn't our fault we still had to pay for the mistake that was made.
