The staff need more training. Every time I visited, they take the order with rude face and no greeting skills. I also worked at Tim’s almost 3 years but I never see this kind customer service.

But the washrooms were very untidy and need to care about them.
It was in the morning at 8:30 Am and it should clean before opening.
Specifically the handicapped washroom.
