Has to be one of the worst tim hortons in the town, service is pathetic , staff is rude and their food is always cold and when you ask for replacement their attitude sucks

Today , 22 Aug.2025 at 4 am. I am semi truck driver. I was denied to serve at drive through because i was on foot not driving a car. Employee on the window gave excuse that other people on car complains. I don’t think so if somebody sees a person wearing safety vest and steel shoes in drive through will complain. Curtesy Guys !! Specially to left arm tattooed Punjabi guy on window. Our community is known for serving the needy. Shame on you!

I felt they are inconsistant , always messed up my coffe atleast one time per week.other than that there is nothing bad about them.sometimes i get cold wraps in the morning but that's like a once in a month thing.

Service is generally slow, and orders sometimes get lost in the chaos. BUT, the staff here are so kind. Every time something is missing, or I'm left waiting, I've always had someone reach out and help. Seriously, there are some very sweet people working here.
Food is fast food style, but it's addicting!! I can't stop coming back. The atmosphere can feel dangerous due to homeless activity in the area and on the propety. It's not the restaurant's fault, so I'm not putting the blame on them. But it is a must-know if you're bringing family to this location, or coming alone later at night.
Really bad experience, gave us food after 30 minutes. No apologies just bad attitude from staff and flies all over foods.

I ordered a jalapeño bagel with cream cheese and lettuce through the drive-thru, and when I opened it, I was extremely disappointed. The bagel was severely burnt—so hard it felt like I could’ve broken a tooth trying to bite into it. On top of that, the lettuce was wilted and brown. This should never have been served to a customer. Very frustrating experience.

we missed an item on my order while in drive thru and they told me I’m not allowed to order at the window because it will take too much time even though it was a bottle drink.
