This is the second time going through between 230am-310am where they tell me there is no food just coffee. My friend and I were walking to a place where we were doing a pick up of things through marketplace..and we were not prepared for the heat!? Or how far we had to walk!! So..we forgot to bring any extra money as well!! Needless to say..we were going past the Tim Hortons..and they gave us some water and ice!! It was so kind of them!! It saved out lives!!? At least that's what we thought!! Lol.. So anyways..we really thanked them..cuz they certainly didn't have to do this for us! It made the bus ride home so much more bearable! Thank you Timmies!!

The coffee and food are consistent. However, the servers have got to stop taking the orders when they're not at the register which makes you have it to repeat the order again when they finally get there because they can't remember what you said or they just get it wrong.

Absolutely butchered my order. Wrong drink, wraps had no sauce, falling apart when handed. This was a supervisor who gave me a ruined order and should not be supervising anything until he can read off an order. @

Every single time I come to this location they are “out” of potato wedges. You have one side option that isn’t sugar and they never have any. I don’t get it. Tried switching to chili, don’t have that either.

They are so money minded that whenever you order iced drink without ice or less ice. They will give you only half cup. If you are this desperate to make money just increase the prices or just conduct a fund raiser to support your franchise I will be the first one to donate.
Our order was wrong to begin with. I was charged for an ice cap that I didn’t order and then the food item I ordered wasn’t made. They blamed the oven time for being wrong and waited almost 20 minutes if not more. My wife ended up getting a free coffee because we had waited for a long time. The drinks were made right on time and almost to perfection. I would not recommend this Tim Hortons

When I get into the store was empty at the time , I waited close to 25 minutes until I asked for my order and many cars drove through and 4 more customers was served before me... once again I tried to give a chance to this location and once again bad service
