Very Disappointed in the Service and Caramel Ice capp. My husband made a Mobile order selected Large size and the reusable mug option so the worker could have easily read that on there screen inside when we got to the window we were handed a Medium size not large my husband told them its a large the lady than looks and says okay and takes the medium back so my husband hands over my tim horton tumbler I always get my ice capps in and lady says no we dont put it in your tumbler and hands over the ice capp with the smallest amount of whipping cream at this point its false advertisement if I had time I would have gone in myself and had them fix it but paying $6 for a drink should come as the order states .very Disappointed i dont like complaining or making remarks but some of these workers need to try and read orders correctly and also these workers need to learn that Tim hortons gives the reusable tumbler option for reason and refusing to do so should prompt the location manger to put a notice out to there workers who dont know.

I stop by this Tim Hortons almost every morning, and it has become part of my daily routine thanks to the amazing staff especially wonderful Serge. He’s genuinely one of the most cheerful people I’ve ever met. No matter how early it is or how tired I am, he greets me with a big smile and so much positive energy that it actually makes my morning better. Asked for two Habaneri chiken bowls and specifically mentioned very light sauce and no cheese. Well... as in the picture it was loaded with sauce and cheese (twice than usual) and very little rice. Would have returned if we lived close by. Waste of money
