What?! Tim Hortons not open at 6?
So people who have to take the bus early.. they are not worthy of a morning coffee ? There is at 8 people in there.. they could easily open.

Came to give a one star review. Turns out I have already....still no better since original review. Slowest tims and cant seem to remember to add espresso to my coffee, yet they remember to charge me for it....

Always out of everything doesn’t matter the time of day, twice I received my London fog tea room temp, some staff is really good here the rest no effort and rude.

Lady at the drive threw didnt say a word , handed me a machine to pay . Pushed a drink in my hand and slammed the window shut. Ive been coming to this one for years ive grown up here. The service has gone to shit. You have 3 old employees who are a amazing and a few other nice new ones. But everytime the other girl is there shes rude and dismissive. My hands only work 60% grip sometimes i need a extra second to grab the cup properly. I had to squeeze it resulting in the lid coming off a little on one corner and burning the side of my hand.

The service I received on October 20th around dinner time was atrocious.
It took me a few minutes to even get my order taken and the person kept interrupting me. Then I go to pull forward at 5:39 ( just so happened to look at the clock) and I waited till 5:55 till I got my drink. My ONE single drink. 16 MINUTES! For a hot chocolate. And then when I got to the window they didn’t even have it ready, despite the 15 minutes they had prior to prepair it.

I went inside and asked if they could pull the car forward so I could get out of the drive thru, asked why it’s taking so long and that the wait time was ridiculous and they shrugged their shoulders at me. The one lady couldn’t even say anything to me, just mumbled gibberish. Then proceeded to ponder around not even getting orders ready.
Don’t go here if you’re in a rush, guarantee you’ll be there a long whole.

Service is extremely slow for a place that is somewhat busy but not as busy as other Timmy’s. Window service is faster. Just to order can take up to 15+ mins

I am totally disgusted with this Tim's location at 1800 Tranquille Rd. The windows are filthy, looks like they haven't been cleaned for some time. We usually go there once a week to play cards and have our coffee. The last time, about 3 weeks ago, was the last straw! It was fairly quiet at the drive thru and inside. Not one employee came out to clean the tables or sweep garbage off the floor! We had to ask them to clean our table! It's pretty pathetic when the manager leaves, the staff do nothing but stand behind the counter and talk. The only person who works hard is Cory! She is fantastic, well done. Just need to work on the rest of the staff.

I’ve gone to this location a few times around 9:00 pm. One time I asked for a bagel and they said they were no longer serving food for the day. I noticed that evening they were closing at 9:30 for some maintenance so it made sense. I came back another night again around 9:00pm (I checked the hours online to make sure they were still open, Google said open till 11:00pm) and I asked for a wrap. Employee told me they were no longer serving food. I asked if there were any bagels or baked goods left (I can maybe understand not serving meals after a certain time but figured bakery items probably would still be available) and the employee said NO FOOD. I asked when they stop serving food as this was not the first time that there was no food available in the evening and she said 8:45 pm?? Like why is this location open til 11:00 if they’re only going to serve food til 8:45? Maybe they should put up a sign in the drive through or post online that they don’t serve food for the last 2 hours of the restaurant being open so people don’t waste their time going there at night.

These ppl literally do not know how to do their job. Not once have they ever gotten my oder right the first time. They do not up sale. They barely speak to you or make eye contact. The store is filthy. And they seem to only be able to serve the counter or the windows. Not functional to do it all at once. Skip this one if you can. Needs new management desperately. 5 minutes of being inside I was squirming wanting to give these ppl a sense of direction. My years as a manager i know staff can only be as good as they are trained. A store can only run smoothly with the presences of upper staff. Do better!!

Is probably the worst place for fast food in my opinion, I stopped there because it was the only thing closest to the training place where I was taking a course, and so I spent my entire lunch break waiting to be served and waiting for my poorly made sandwich, and they didn't even had the decency to let me know my sandwich was made and juts tossed on a dirty section of their counter. Bottom line friends to let friends eat at Tim Hortons 😁
