Closes at 1040 not 11?? Showed up at 1045 for a coffee before my graveyard shift and they didn’t take my order via drive thru. No answer and doors locked

I ordered Ice Latte which I drink everyday from different locations of Tim’s. But one I got from summit location was half the quantity as I asked for less ice and when I had its seems that they don’t know how to make ice latte. I won’t recommend this location.

Such a disgusting pit, employees have zero respect for food or integrity. They served a breakfast sandwich with moldy bread. Ordered 2 steak sandwiches, one came cold and one hot. All staff needs to be fired.

I go to this Tim Hortons every single day and almost always get what I ask for. It’s not perfect all the time, but everyone here cares. Cory especially, she works hard and makes an effort to know the people who come in daily!

Waited at the drive through. As usual someone who struggles with communicating said something that sounded like charley browns teacher uttering something undecypherable. Waited and repeated hello at least five times. No answer. Waited longer. Drove to the window , an older lady opened the window glared, then said im changing tills, your going to have to wait and slammed the window so hard i thought it would crack. Was not able to order , did not even gove me a chance to say we didnt understand through the intercom and wasnt at all trying to be rude and ild rather not give my service to tims. Went to star bucks and was treated pretty well. Sorry tims you lost another regular customer.

Yall gotta fire whoever was working on 13/5/2025 at 10pm went into the drive thru sat at the microphone for a few minutes nobody was answering so i went over to the window sat there for a few minutes and still nobody and i know there was people cuz we saw them before we went to the window they were hiding
