Just witnessed a disgusting interaction with the drive-thru staff HARSH and an elderly woman. She was trying to do something with her Tim Horton’s App and wasn’t able to scan it correctly for her discount or payment. He was extremely rude to her saying “If you figure it out I’ll do it but if not too bad”. We sat behind, watching the entire exchange while this poor woman was trying to figure out how to make it work on her app. He showed no compassion. He didn’t offer to show her what she needed to do or even listen to her when she was unsure. She ended up driving away, without her order. When we pulled up to the window Harsh was bent over LAUGHING whilst other staff behind him laughed with him. He couldn’t even speak to us in a professional manner because he was laughing too hard from his interaction with this elderly woman. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Shame on ALL of the staff in this establishment. Where did the professionalism go? I attempted to phone the restaurant and speak to a manager but the phone just kept ringing and eventually hung up. Let’s see what kind of response this review gets!

Mornings are a good time to go, but in the afternoon, more often then not there's a line up because those working the drive thru tend to only process one order at a time. They won't start taking the next order until that first order is completed. This causes a large backlog of traffic and this usually after people are off work

Staff barely even speak to you. Slow service, nothing available. Gone down hill horribly over the last few years. Glass cases that the donuts are in look filthy. Will not be returning, every time is a disappointment.

Bruh do y'all even read the orders before making them? I understand mistakes happen, but this isn't just an "oops one time no big deal thing." Every. Single. Time. I go to ANY Tim Hortons in the city somehow they manage to take the simple task of making the correct order seem like rocket science. Genuinely I don't understand how it's possible that every single employee you have manages to mess up that often? Do you not train them? My assumption is that owners/upper management must be useless if this is how they run their business. Well congrats I'm done, the Tim Hortons in this city are a joke. You now share the same list as the North Shore DQ. (Spoiler alert: that's not a good list to be on.)

I come here often. The lines usually move at a decent pace but only one speaker is answered at a time which definitely slows the pace down. There could be more care in the preparation of food items as I find my wraps, sandwiches and cream cheese bagels are always slapped together in a haphazard way. The staff is fairly friendly.
