I go to this Tim Hortons every single day and almost always get what I ask for. It’s not perfect all the time, but everyone here cares. Cory especially, she works hard and makes an effort to know the people who come in daily!

Waited at the drive through. As usual someone who struggles with communicating said something that sounded like charley browns teacher uttering something undecypherable. Waited and repeated hello at least five times. No answer. Waited longer. Drove to the window , an older lady opened the window glared, then said im changing tills, your going to have to wait and slammed the window so hard i thought it would crack. Was not able to order , did not even gove me a chance to say we didnt understand through the intercom and wasnt at all trying to be rude and ild rather not give my service to tims. Went to star bucks and was treated pretty well. Sorry tims you lost another regular customer.

Yall gotta fire whoever was working on 13/5/2025 at 10pm went into the drive thru sat at the microphone for a few minutes nobody was answering so i went over to the window sat there for a few minutes and still nobody and i know there was people cuz we saw them before we went to the window they were hiding

Hands down worst servicer ever!!! Takes 15 mins to get a coffee....slow..really slow...management really shit the bed at this place...skip this one!!! Manager sits back and watches the chaos...anymore than 3 cars in drive thru youre there forever...and then still fuk up youre order... update..months later..and only getting worse...5050 chance they will even have what u want.
If you constantly like getting the wrong order after waiting for 20 + mins in the drive thru then try your luck at this tim hortons. By far the worst in kamloops

15 minutes for a double double. Lady behind counter has disappeared, coffee cold.
March 22nd, 2025.
Stood in line for 30 minutes for coffee, zero attention to folks in line in store, 100% attention to folks in drive through. Employees are aware of people in line, but seem to ignore or fail to respond to people angrily asking when we can order. 6 employees behind desk at least. Very strange and awkward, I went to 7/11 instead for coffee.

Monday evening I decided to stop in the drive-thru to get a mint tea, on my way to an appointment nearby. With only 3 cars in the line-up I figured this would be stop.
I ended up waiting 28 minutes, behind 3 cars.
To make matters worse, once I got to the till I was informed that the tea machine was down today; something they could have told me before I placed my order.
Not placing blame on the employees, as I understand that understaffing and unreliable equipment is out of their hands. Experiences like this have been rampant over the past year, and have been echoed to me by others I know that have stopped in. 100% a management / owner issue.
