There are times when the selection for treats, such as cookies or specific TimBits, could be improved, as it seems somewhat limited. However, I genuinely appreciate the friendly and pleasant service from the staff, who always greet customers with a smile.
Mornings are a good time to go, but in the afternoon, more often then not there's a line up because those working the drive thru tend to only process one order at a time. They won't start taking the next order until that first order is completed. This causes a large backlog of traffic and this usually after people are off work
I come here often. The lines usually move at a decent pace but only one speaker is answered at a time which definitely slows the pace down. There could be more care in the preparation of food items as I find my wraps, sandwiches and cream cheese bagels are always slapped together in a haphazard way.
