I go to this Tim Hortons every single day and almost always get what I ask for. It’s not perfect all the time, but everyone here cares. Cory especially, she works hard and makes an effort to know the people who come in daily!
There are times when the selection for treats, such as cookies or specific TimBits, could be improved, as it seems somewhat limited. However, I genuinely appreciate the friendly and pleasant service from the staff, who always greet customers with a smile.
Mornings are a good time to go, but in the afternoon, more often then not there's a line up because those working the drive thru tend to only process one order at a time. They won't start taking the next order until that first order is completed. This causes a large backlog of traffic and this usually after people are off work
