I ordered a coffee with oat milk. The server handed me a coffee and said 'Almond coffee'. I have a nut allergy and I told her this. She said she made a mistake and that it definitely was oat milk. I reiterated that my allergy is very serious and almond milk would kill me. She again said it was definitely oat. I asked my friends to test it- it was almond milk. This is a terrible service and very dangerous.

Worst timhortins I've ever been to. Rude staff who tell you they to busy to even give you a napkin. I will never go to this timhortins again. Also this is 3rd time they have ran out of soup and chili before afternoon and they do not care. Horrible would say zero but it doesn't let me.

Bathroom was filthy.... did not give napkins with a big family order .. server wasn't very friendly when I went in to ask for some.... this was so unlike the fantastic service I get in my hometown or other locations for that matter.... food was good

They messed up the order and then refused to fix it. The lady taking the order was being snarky and asked if it was a ham and cheddar melt, then gave me a sandwich, so I went to get it fixed and they said no. They said I told them it was a sandwich and made me pay to get the thing I wanted and wouldn’t take back the sandwich or anything. I ended up wasting money and food because of it and they were just being rude and ridiculous.
