This Timmies is for sure the fastest service I've seen in BC. From order to pickup felt like 1 minute tops, even with other vehicles in front of me.

Very slow service as usual. Ordered 3 double stacked farmers breakfasts, nothing else, took them several minutes to ask me to pull up. This is very common, the language barrier is brutal. You can't explain anything to them because it just totally scews them up, like for example asking for milk in a hot chocolate so it doesn't burn your face off causes a complete collapse of their system. They have to have it explained to them 3 times so I have just given up on that entirely. However, even simple small orders are very slow. The owner should try using the drivethru once a week to see what's happening, it'd be a shocker. Wish we could just enter the order ourselves on a pinpad,. It would be quicker and correct.

Seriously disappointed they asked if i wanted to make my farmers wrap and coffee a combo i said no on the hashbrowns and they took it as in my wrap. Over charged and given something i didn't order.

Normally have no issues and love this store, but I wanted to buy something on a separate order as I was only 2 points away from redeeming a free ice cap so I could collect the points on one and redeem on a separate, and was told it doesn’t work like that and I’d have to pay for both..

Worker coukd barley speak English was very hard to talk with , food was literally slapped together as fast as possible. Not a good experience.
