This has always been my favorite Tim Hortons. I actually have one right by my house but I drive to this one instead. Well not anymore. Who ever is collecting your cash and handing out food this morning is the most unfriendly rude lady ever! She needs to be moved where she’s not dealing with the public asap!

Sept 21.2024 at 8:15pm. Lady at til mopped for about 10 mins without even acknowledging me standing waiting. Made eye contact with drive through workers the entire time. Finally my husband came in to wonder what was taking so long and asked if we could order. Finally order was taken and then we proceeded to wait another 10 mins for product to brew. All with horrendous service and no apologies for the lack of service. I know it’s fast food but seriously I’m paying for a product train your staff a bit better..

5th time go to get something and they don't make it right or just give me something els and charge me for what I ordered but never got.... but they mix the coffee at this place

I coffee takes 15 minutes. When you point out how long it takes, the woman manager behind the counter starts yelling at me. The elderly woman who is there a lot is forced to make orders while the young staff just takes orders. A good manager would have her taking orders while a younger faster staff member completes the orders.
I know good staff is hard to find, but yelling at frustrated customers is never ok.

Came through the drivethrough for a bacon wrap and coffee. Couldn't get My ordered right after saying it timesThen proceeds to wait until I'm at the window AND PAID to tell me that they don't have bacon. Idiots this is the reason why most people don't go to tim Hortons. There's no pride in the work and most of the people that work there can't understand basic English. Will never go to another tim Hortons again.
Sandwiches are not put together lettuce is not good. .orders get nixed up or not the right order. Some of workers are rude,especially when you ask for receipt not professional

Regarding 1301 Salish Rd, Kamloops, BC V2C 1K1. March 4 2024 at about 1730.I purcased my normal tea and it took longer then anticipated. Well waiting i watch a male accidentally knock a large amount of plastic cups out of the holder over the floor. The female picked up 2 cups and walked away. The male looked at me and then picked up the large stack up cups off the floor, that I estimated about a dozen and then put them back into the horizontal cup holder to serve to over costumers. When the female gave me my tea I confronted and stated I witnessed and was disgusted that cups dropped on the floor without being cleaned would be used for upcoming costomers. She stated they trew all the cups away. I called her on lying about it and said what i witnessed. She appologized but since she blatantly lied about thowing cups away i told her that I will be putting in a formal complaint.

We stopped at this location at approx 2:20 PM on December 31. Our order had missing/incorrect items, we brought this to the attention of the staff and were met with rolling eyes and rudeness.Missing from the order was 1 egg and cheese sandwich, and the smoky honey bacon bagel was delivered as just a regular bacon bagel.The staff member (Nametag started with a C, black hair, black eye shadow) handed me the bag, and in a rude tone said "Is this better?" before I could even open the bag to check.Once we got the food, it seemed to be purposefully bad. The yellow of the egg yolk was grey/black. We threw out the entire meal and drove across the street to A&W. I would like to share the image of the egg with Tim Hortons, I've never in my life seen an egg turn this color. They are attached to this review.

I'm finding that your employees are not understanding the orders. Today I asked for a steep tea triple triple she's didn't get it so I said 3 sugar and 3 cream I got black tea not happy at all and this has been going on for some time. This place isn't the worst like on 8th street which alot of people have boycot that store. Oh and how disgusting your tim hortons are garbage falling g out of the garbage cans inside and out and how dirty the stores are and bathrooms that are always out of order.
