Used drive through. Very poor service! Didn't get much of my order correct. Asked for a large biscoff late got a medium and ordered a donut and didn't get one. Had to charge me for the donut and had to wait for a large biscoff latte. I was told to go wait in the parking lot. I waited 10 minutes and decided to go in to see what was happening. I'd still be waiting now if I did't go in cause no one was making it and they were more interested in being on their cell phones!! When I worked for Timmies years ago the cell phones were to be turned off and left in the staff room. Customers came first!! Very poor performance overall!

Employees walked past front till 4 times before they started having a discussion of who was going to serve the front. Employee never said a work when she walked to the till, just stared at me. I ordered a bagel and she said no. When I looked confused she simply stated “we don’t have” I ordered a different bagel and then she didn’t want to take my cash. Bagel was cold, cream cheese was placed in the center and not cut in half, even when I requested it.

The worst Tim hortons in Kamloops. Multiple times I’ve had food and drinks come out wrong. Photo is just one of many bad items I’ve gotten. Also the people working are extremely rude and have a horrible speed of service.

Why Im told every time i come here for
lunch and nobody is behind me to go park off to the side and wait for my food? Just so
their time clock doesn't show how long my food actually took to make. Tim
hortons is becoming less and less appealing every day that goes by.

That last 5 years have been a shame for many Tim Hortons stores.. This store is terrible. Orders are incorrect always. A simple Iced Capp is imposible. I ordered 2 this evening. Sludge barely coming out. Instead of refunding me she mix the two together and served them. Appearence was ok but the taste was awful. Called to let them know of the order issue politely and was hung up on. Store#1044. Will be sending a complaint to headoffice for sure.

I had pretty good experience at this location during my visit. I know for sure not everybody can make my drink right and had this thing many times. However here I drank quite a few times and perfect every time . Thanks for the good experience .

I ordered double double in the morning, instead of 2 cream 1 honey they put 2 honey 2 sugar only no cream. It was busy in the morning they always do mix and match the orders. They spoiled my mood
