This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been in a while.Visited today evening.Had to wait at the counter more than 50 min for a simple order that I placed online that usually takes at max 10-12 min. The staff has no clue what’s in the order and are not bothered by how long a customer waits with a kid just because of their inefficiency. They continued attending to drive-thru, and all other customers who came after. Would never recommend going in again and suggest others to think twice before ordering here.

I've had mixed experiences with ordering here. Often, staff don't check if we need anything else or offer to make adjustments. The ice caps are sometimes underfilled, which is disappointing. I've also noticed that special instructions for orders aren't always followed. It would really improve the overall experience if more attention was paid to these details. Additionally, it's frustrating that the creamy chill seems to be unavailable almost all the time."

If I’m going to get 1/4 the coffee missing out my order I should pay 1/4th off the price, this looks like someone has bloody drank out of it.
The good: My donut was fresh at 6pm on a Sunday night.
The bad: the interior of the restaurant was DISGUSTING. There were wasps in the windows, the floors hadn't been swept or mopped in a long time. We had trouble finding an actual CLEAN table to sit at because everything was covered in crumbs/beverage spills. I didn't even dare to use a bathroom, too afraid of what i'd find. It's not like it was busy inside. When we walked in there was ONE occupied table.
Service was ok. I guess restaurants these days don't care about friendly employees, just efficient. They took my order, they served it, that was the whole interaction.
I think i'll continue going to the valleyview locations, at least they're clean

This place is horrible. I came in here this evening to get some donuts and there is only one staff working. The customer service was terrible and to top it off. The donuts were stale.

When you short change someone aren't you suppose to apologize? Unless you deliberately do it ? A medium steep tea comes to $2.09 handed a $20 note and received $15.90 change ? Bad math's maybe but need to apologize?

I ordered a large vanilla cold brew and before I could finish, I was cut off asking me if that was all. I said "I would like the espresso infused foam as well." The gal replied "ok, would you like a sandwich or wrap with that?" I said "no thanks, but I will take a wild berry cream donut." "Wildberry donut, ok pull up."
So I pull up to the window. I am not told how much my order is just asked how I am paying. I have a preloaded card on my app so I used that. She gave me the coffee and said "bye" and turned away from the window. I waited thinking maybe her coworker was grabbing the donut. She looked back at me and was like "yes?" I said "was there a donut coming still?" She looked at me confused, went back to the till and says to me as she pushes the debit machine at me "I didn't charge you for that."
Confused I looked at her and said I didn't want it and left.
We have to get back to our customer service. It is lacking so much and this was once again an unfortunate example again from Tim Hortons. You are a Canadian branded store. We are polite, courteous and friendly. You can do better!
