That last 5 years have been a shame for many Tim Hortons stores.. This store is terrible. Orders are incorrect always. A simple Iced Capp is imposible. I ordered 2 this evening. Sludge barely coming out. Instead of refunding me she mix the two together and served them. Appearence was ok but the taste was awful. Called to let them know of the order issue politely and was hung up on. Store#1044. Will be sending a complaint to headoffice for sure.

I had pretty good experience at this location during my visit. I know for sure not everybody can make my drink right and had this thing many times. However here I drank quite a few times and perfect every time . Thanks for the good experience .

I ordered double double in the morning, instead of 2 cream 1 honey they put 2 honey 2 sugar only no cream. It was busy in the morning they always do mix and match the orders. They spoiled my mood

By the amount of bad reviews that are old, especially about work etiquette, something tells me whoever responds to these reviews about telling their employees to do better is either not actually happening or the employees that needed the talking are not listening.
I ordered a coffee and before i could say my other order the guy taking my order was rushing me and didnt bother to ask if that was everything. And the way he shook his head while walking away after he asked me something. Like i understand that the rush feeling, i worked fast food before, but to be so open to acting like that in front of me, a customer. Thats just crazy. Teach your employees what proper work etiquettes are and be more professional.

Only location in the area that has ham and cheddar sandwiches!! Got our order perfect, double toasted the sandwiches and was very yummy! Plus staff were nice!

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been in a while.Visited today evening.Had to wait at the counter more than 50 min for a simple order that I placed online that usually takes at max 10-12 min. The staff has no clue what’s in the order and are not bothered by how long a customer waits with a kid just because of their inefficiency. They continued attending to drive-thru, and all other customers who came after. Would never recommend going in again and suggest others to think twice before ordering here.
