Service has really slipped at this location. Ordered a chicken sandwich and some sweet potato fries, was asked to park and waited 20 minutes. Watched them serve 6 other cars before they brought out my food. Fries were cold and no chipotle sauce in the bag. Pretty dissapointing for $20 bucks.
One dollar for each minute it takes to get your food, I guess.

They rush you through the order and then take absolutely forever to give you anything, i will sit in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order, then be pulled off to the side for another 20 to get my food.

Who in their right mind made this and thought this was okay to send out? Was inedible. Disgusting. Seriously drowning in an inch of sauce. Bun was so soggy. Paid $35 for my order and $14 for this burger just to have to throw it away. I am angry.

The food was gross! The burger patty was tasteless, cold and dry. The lettuce was soggy and tasted sour, the tomato was mushy and gross. The fries were undercooked and under seasoned. Literally the grossest food I've ever had! The service was OK, the guy at the till was nice but did not give me lids or staws for my drink cups until I asked twice. The kitchen Area was a mess and I did not see him wash his hands. This place used to be so good, but I will never go back here ever again!
The worker brought out a small milkshake for my baby girl! Great service and good food. A little on the pricier side.

I used to enjoy coming here. This location has gone downhill so very badly recently. This will be my last visit. Never again. Cleanliness is disgusting, nothing is wiped down and cleaned properly, burgers are just gross. Soggy saturated buns like they are just drowning them in sauces. For the price you might as well go to a decent restaurant because you’re paying around 25$ a meal anyways. Me and my wife couldn't even finish our food it was such a disappointment.
