We stayed over night in a small room with snot on the shower wall. The lonby had a major leak in the cieling coming diwn and it was not raining. Wanted tonstay for the atmosphere but was scared to go outside with all the street people out front. The complimentary breakfast was cheap and cold.

The food was bland and mediocre. The generic kind restaurants buy from wholesale companies and just need to warm up or deep fry. The bun of the burger I had fell apart after a few bites.
The service was unacceptably slow. We got water just after we ordered, but waited 45 mins to get our drinks and only got them once we reminded the waitress after she brought our food that we had ordered drinks
Then we we waited about 10 mins to get cutlery so we could eat
Were they busy? 5 tables inside and 3 outside. The outside tables were only having drinks, don’t know about the inside tables.
Two staff members were serving food and drinks. So they weren’t really being over run with customers.
And the daily specials they advertise are only on until 2pm
Do not recommend this place at all!

We were traveling through Kamloops and decided to stay at the Plaza Hotel, where we stopped in for dinner at the Tumbleweed Lounge. The food was excellent, and we would absolutely recommend it. However, our experience was overshadowed by the manager on duty verbally accosting a server—using slurs and even throwing a receipt in her face. When we confronted him about his unacceptable behavior, he doubled down rather than taking accountability. This kind of conduct is deeply concerning and must be addressed. Something needs to change.

Their stuff Yorkies are pretty good. The cajin chicken burger was average. I kind of wish that it was blackened. I was also surprised to not see poutine listed on their menu despite them having great fries and gravy. Overall, pretty good. I'd go again.

Abhorrent Service! I play in a pool league and am here every other week. On several occasions, the service as been complete trash. Imagine the worst service you've had, double it, and this place is still probably worse. It has been more than once where we have been completely ignored for the 3.5 hrs we are there. The only interaction being for me to get loonies for league to play on the table. They have also tried to assume and charge a group gratuity. (Which is an automatic 18%). There may be 8 people there for the same reason, but we are all not the same group. We all don't show up together, or even sit together as a group. Honestly, take your money and spend it anywhere else in town, you'll get better service.

A nice spot to catch a game and get into some grubs. Very attentive servers. Next to a Plaza hotel so it’s convenient if staying there
