Uptown Chefs Catering + Events

We recently had our wedding at the Coast Hotel in Kamloops with Uptown Chefs Catering + Events and it was wonderful! The event coordinators I worked with were helpful, attentive, and flexible in putting together all the details of my event. They ran out of the wine I selected so they gave me a more expensive option for no additional charge which was very nice. We had a buffet and they also provided gluten free and allergen aware options for guests that needed it. Overall I was very pleased with how the event turned out and happy to have booked with Uptown Chefs ☺️

I am so ticked off at these people! They catered for a NYE party and the food was tasteless and cold! I paid $100 for a small plate of not very good food at a very boring party! I want a refund!!!!

Rosa displayed great patience, clarity, and flexibility when she aided me in the planning process. I had a very vague idea of what I wanted the proposal event to look like and was unaware of the specifics. Rosa guided me through the process while making me consider details like the colour theme of the celebration. Her flexibility was on full display as she accommodated some last minute changes to the event.

During the event, I was concerned with how the space would be too big as I only had 10 guests. However, Rosa's recommended table set up maximized the space and made it feel more warm and cozy. Our server was very courteous and flexible with taking our food orders and tending to our needs quite well. The food itself was excellent and paired well with the white wine recommended by our server. My fiance's experience could be described by the multiple tears of joy she had shed during the event. I am very thankful for all the Uptown Chef staff that were involved in creating a space for us to make unforgettable memories.

I've worked with the team on multiple events and weddings this year and their food NEVER disappoints! Especially the last wedding I went to, they had such a delicious spread of a variety of dishes. So yummy! I would highly recommend their services for any event or wedding

We had Uptown Chefs cater our wedding after our original company had to cancel on us and they did an amazing job! The food was beautiful and delicious and a hit among all of our guests.

Uptown Chefs catered our wedding at Monte Creek Winery, and they were great to work with! They had a diverse selection of menu options to choose from, including many vegetarian selections. All of our guests raved about how good the food was on the day.

Uptown Chefs did our wedding last night and they did a fabulous job! Everyone was raving about the food, and the staff was super friendly, professional and easy to work with. I was especially impressed by the desserts, I was just expecting some small squares but they had several full cakes which was amazing since we didn't have a wedding cake. They were also great to work with during COVID. We postponed our wedding and had to change the venue and they were totally accommodating and transferred over our deposit no problem. Would recommend!
