On the other hand, the ambience lags a bit at 3/5 — it’s pleasant but nothing fancy: lighting or décor could be improved, and it sometimes feels a bit noisy or busy. Altogether, it’s a good choice if you care most about food and service more than atmosphere.
! I recently tried their channa bhatura, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the bhatura was light and fluffy.
The service was also top-notch. It's clear that Aman is doing a fantastic job in making Ustaad G a classy and enjoyable place to dine.
