Ordered Chole Bhature from them and the bhature was uncooked. You could taste raw uncooked dough. They need to make hygienic food for people. We waited for a pickup the other day and had to stay for over an hour. The person there was helping out customers seated and kept us waiting. In the end when inquired, they said 5 mins, then we waited for 15 mins, again said 5 more mins and we waited for 10 more mins to receive the order. Will never go back!

Got fish pkaura from this place today and called before if it's for 2 people one plate the girl there said yes. Please be mindful of what you really say as it was not even for 1 person. Taste was ok but really disappointed with the service. Not recommended.

The food isn’t that great. You can taste tomato in every gravy.

Ordered masala chaap and goat curry on two separate occasions. Both the gravy tasted like tomato purée.
They were nice enough not to charge us for the chap the first time because we said it didn’t taste well.

Polite waitress food took a little too long but was good. Chai tea was a bit bitter lacking the cinnamon, milk and sugar. Everything took a long time from waiting for food to waiting for bill and it was not busy.

Ordered Daal, Noodles and Momo. Daal makhani was not fully cooked. Noodles were spicy although we asked for non spicy. Momos were alright but little bit old.

This place sucks. I had ordered a aloo chat seeing the description provided in the DoorDash app. And what I received was just burnt potato with sev. When I called the store for clarification the staff on call was very rude and didn’t provide the necessary compensatory remedy to be taken. She was ready to even not address our concern and just provide store credit when me myself had to starve and waste my money on the basis of their misleading menu. Never going back or recommending to other fellow customers so that they would never have to be fooled and waste their money on such a disrespectful restaurant. They don’t know how to treat customers or provide good food. Please never go or eat from here

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and I want to warn others. I ordered tandoori moms, and it came out burnt with way too much spicy masala. I waited over 45 minutes for a small order, and when I finally opened it, it was absolutely inedible.

When I asked for a refund, they tried to force me to wait another 45 minutes for a replacement. I explained that I was just visiting Kamloops and needed to head back to Vancouver, but they didn’t care. I waited an extra 20 minutes for a manager who never showed up, and the staff made excuses instead of helping.

In the end, I left without my refund and feeling extremely frustrated. The food was unacceptable, and the customer service was beyond disappointing. Save your time and money—avoid this restaurant!

Wish I could give less than 1 star for service as it took more than half an hour to arrive our food and restaurant wasn't even that busy.

Just came new to the town and wanted to get a tiffin . Tried their food it was amazing and more like home food and sahil the restaurant manager is a great guy who told everything very nicely and he is good assest to the restaurant i must say
