What an amazing restaurant. Jack, my partner, has coffee with his buddies most mornings. The staff is so warm and welcoming to these seniors. We just had a coffee celebration for Jack's 90th and Elma and her gals decorated the site and created a lovely time for us all. A gift to Kamloops!!

A worker tried to serve me a frosty fizz where the ice cream had entirely separated and covered the cup in foam from extra carbonization. He cleaned it which was good, but when I mentioned that it was entirely separated he took the cup around a corner and poured the top layer out. He then brought it back topped up with more orange pop and said that the frosty drops to the bottom. It does, but the ice cream isn’t supposed to fully separate instantly. Some retraining on how things act when machines are working properly might be in order, as it was obvious to me there was an issue with the ice cream machine but not to the worker.

I felt uncomfortable eating there. I love Wendy's. There was some in the building who literally stood the whole time I was there. Was charging devices, paced. I felt like I spent more time just watching this person. The staff kept an eye out but did nothing.

I ordered on Skip from my workplace and I had the worst experience they never included any utensils or napkins to eat my food. I ordered baked potato and chai tea. The chai tea was just hot water. I don’t know if it is a joke or what

the service at this wendys is getting worse and worse. waiting forever for two items, the lady at the counter couldnt understand any of the customers. i repeated my order to her twice and she still got it wrong. honestly will only be going through the drive through here cause it seems to be the only way to guarantee decent service.

The lady had NO english. Me and my gf had to repeat ourselves 3 different times. She had no clue what we were talking about and asked a other worker to ask us what we wanted. We had to repeat ourselves twice until he knew what we were talking about. They made our food twice and I have no clue why. And we had to ask for our chili twice. The customer service and proper English in this store is terrible. I am use to working with other nationalities but how can you work with no english. And the communication between the two workers was unorganized and no team skills
