The lady had NO english. Me and my gf had to repeat ourselves 3 different times. She had no clue what we were talking about and asked a other worker to ask us what we wanted. We had to repeat ourselves twice until he knew what we were talking about. They made our food twice and I have no clue why. And we had to ask for our chili twice. The customer service and proper English in this store is terrible. I am use to working with other nationalities but how can you work with no english. And the communication between the two workers was unorganized and no team skills

A day ago I went to the Windies and the staff here is the rudest. I have never seen more rude people than this. They don't listen to anyone. They don't even talk to people about ethics. These people don't even talk to people.

Had to repeat my order multiple times and they still got it wrong. Maybe hire people who actually understand english, if I wanted non english speakers I'd go to tims. Food still great though

We ordered food and made the mistake of not opening and checking all the items before we got home. We asked for no onions, but asked to include ketchup on the grilled cheese burger. Received tons of onions, no ketchup and no cheese on any part of the burger. Both fries were old and stale. For the increased pricing of fast food, I definitely wouldn’t order from this Wendy’s.

Having previously enjoyed the burgers and frostys, lately I am pleased with the 2 for $4 Breakfast Special. My favourite is the breakfast sausage in a biscuit along with a cup of coffee. The service we receive at this location is quick and friendly.
What my friends and I enjoy at this location along Columbia Street, is how quiet it is around breakfast time. While we enjoy our economical breakfast, we have great meetings!! Recommend this location.

Bring a translator and expect to ask for napkins and everything else like ketchup. You're not a priority inside and the managers are arrogant pricks. Try McDonald's at least McDonald's has english speaking people. Cold fries and bad services as they speaking in non Canadian languages amongst each other. 0 stars

Haven't eaten yet - passing through Kamloops on the express from Vancouver. Beth was a *star* tonight! Her hustle was unmatched (sadly) and on point. She *ran* to try and get us all back to our bus on time while dealing with skip orders!! All 5 of these stars are for you, Beth.

The lady at the front counter was really rude and judgmental. If I want 4 mayo packs with my fries who is she to judge me, I could have paid for them too if needed! She had really judgemental expressions and rolled her eyes when I asked for fresh fries and nuggets! As a customer I have the right to fresh food and if I have no problem waiting the extra time then what’s the problem with her ? The food quality was okay but I don’t recommend this wendys ever !

Clearly packing up to go orders at Wendy’s is a task on the level of rocket science or brain surgery. You would think you would double check to make sure one of your top 3 items is included (a chocolate frosty) especially considering it’s kind of its own thing. I’m sorry if I was unkind on the phone, you probably would be upset to when the only reason you ordered food was for the frosty. :(
