Was given a $50 gift card by my dad for Wendy’s. Went to use it at this Fortune Dr., Kamloops location. I made my approximately $8 order and was told there was no money on the gift card. I asked them to recheck it because I knew it was for $50. I asked for the manager who told me I was a thief and to get out. Ummm huh? I was dressed in my government issued work uniform and am very clean cut and polite. I have since used the gift card at other Wendy’s locations and guess what? It works just fine and yes it was for $50.

Came through drive thru with my toddlers for lunch. Ordered food, and left the store to find that my burger to my combo, and a junior burger for my toddler wasn’t in the bag. No big deal, came back for it. But I guess I didn’t pay for my burger to my combo that she asked if I wanted to make into. Proceeded to show me my receipt, and I recited our conversation that when I ordered two jr cheeseburgers, then a cheese burger deluxe without onion, she asked if that one was the big one, and if I wanted to make it a combo. I said yes but I’ll do a poutine and a strawberry lemonade. Added a couple things, done.
When I went in, I explained, and she just said that it wasn’t on there. I said OK, my toddlers are waiting in the car by the door (running) , and I gotta be mindful. She repeated herself. I accidentally slipped a f-word in my sentence, not aggressive (my bad). And she stepped herself way back, and said you do not need to swear. I said sorry, my toddlers are just in the car waiting, and I had already left and came back. She glared at me. So I said nevermind, I need to get back to them and left.
I feel like I shouldn’t have had to explain three times that I had ordered these two burgers, had to come back for them (wasn’t initially any deal), and then repeated to that I didn’t pay for them. Okay, I heard you the first time. But c’mon. I have cranky babies, I’m pregnant. I apologized for my mishap.
Either or, whether it be my fault. It shouldn’t have been an overwhelming ordeal.
Also, almost everything was room temperature. And buns for the kids were stale.

We popped in for a quick lunch/supper. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger w/fries. The Ogre had a double Cheeseburger with baked potatoe. Pretty meh is all I can say! Food was okay, just slap dooey with the burgers, no butter on the potatoe, no salt, no pepper but we had a fork lolol. With coupons though only $11.39 each.
Good place to eat, not too busy, & service & food were good.

After seeing all the ads about how fresh there food is, I decided to try one of your hamburger. Placed my order for a burger with extra onions. Pulled up to the window, swiped my card and was immediately handed a bag. It is now obvious that my burger was precooked and I wasn't going to get extra onions. As expected when I unwrapped the burger, it was cold. I will not be making any return visits to this company as they don't honor the word fresh and have no interest in adding what I like. Ugly.

Drive thru experience is nice, went there on January 6 around 2-3pm. Food is hot and fresh also fries were properly salted. Can’t wait for my next visit
