If you place a mobile order you have to wait at least 5-20 minutes even for them to cook 1 item staff can't count money so can never give them anything bigger than $20, terrible service.

Good place to sit down and eat if you just want something simple and chatting with friends. Not busy enough for it to be a bad spot to hang on your own either. Employees are super nice and funny, manager sounds a bit harsh on them but it might just be the way she talks.

Ordered drive thru 2 separate times, both lunch time. . 1st order a poutine only. Leave, no fork. Do i need yo ask? 2nd time double JBC . This thing was out of the garbage. Cold dry n tasted old. Send Wendy's and email. No reply. Also the workers at this location pretend to listen but don't. When I went back for fork for poutine. I was just handed a fork with zero apologies for there lack of due diligence. Garbage product. Seems to be a Kamloops thing. Where everyone is slow n doesn't care.

I came into get my dinner 10 minutes prior to closing and was refused service because lazy and incompetent workers can’t do their job and work until they are supposed to, management should figure out their night staff lol because when a customer shows up during open hours, they expect food, minimum wage😂if there was an option for 0 stars that’s what they would get

Have been doing food delivery online we usually are allowed refill our water bottles with ice in almost evry redtaurant but these guys here in northshore would straight deny or if the customer is there would say that we can only give cup of water one of the worst location with some employees in this location not all of them and thanks for denying water in 35 degree outside

Food was delicious and surprisingly impressive—but the coffee? Totally flat, no kick at all. Arrived at 10:25 hoping for breakfast, but sadly it was over. Even the “2 for 4 eggs” deal was finished. What a shame!

Very unhappy about the service. Asked for the zero sugar minute maid while in the drive thru and was denied. I don't drink coke and am diabetic and all the other Wendy's in Kamloops and elsewhere will serve the zero sugar in the drive thru. I find it hard to believe that they can serve it in the lobby but not in the drive thru. Either fix your machines or up your service. They did actually serve this in the drive thru at one point.
