I wish they would fix their skip the dishes options so that you can get 2 of the same dips when you order chicken strips and stuff. Or having an option to pay for extra dips, and gravy and such.

I love it that we can get plain burger patties at a reasonable price for our kiddo with restrictive eating. At the same time as I can get a baked potato and service is so FAST!!Vegetarian options: I love getting the baked potato as a reasonably priced vegetarian option that is warm. Some days I don't want salad :(

Been coming here for a while and never had issues for inside orders- always a pleasant experience. First time drive thru experience: Jan 5 6:15pmJcb extra mayo and jr frosty - chocolate (the only flavour we always get)Ordered a chocolate jr frosty for my kid. Very rushed speech at the DT window, extremely speedy and hurried voice. Got to second window and was given a vanilla frosty. They argued and said I said vanilla -though I get chocolate every time.. Then the manager -guessing because she was in a different uniform snatched it out my hands and told the other employee to just make another one. Wow. They both looked so unhappy… i asked why they were so upset and they said they wernt…. No apologies given, not even “no worries we will have that right up” nothing, instead put the guilt on me. Kinda sad when the whole team is working so hard to bring service times down, but visibly stressed, which in turn hurts the guest experience with a rushed “next” feeling. Slow down. Friendliness goes a long way. Sheesh.
