Server addressed us as 'You two". Spoke over us when we were trying to talk to each other and didn't listen to our answer when asked 'How is everything?- just walked away. Food was sub-par and portions were small for the prices. More cheesy with the service than in the bun.

Ken is the absolute best server I have ever had in a restaurant EVER! He is so kind and attentive. We came recently and asked to sit in his section, but sadly it was full. Ken still checked on us a couple times even though he wasn't our server. The food is okay, but the service is what always brings us back!

We had a service dog. The managers reception toward us was rude. We were addressed and grilled in front of other patrons as to the purpose for the service dog. This was embarrassing and stressful for the service dog owner. We will never return to this restaurant. We were made to feel very unwelcome. The managers behaviour was rude and totally unacceptable.

White Spot never fails to disappoint, and this location was no exception. In fact, the food tasted even better than the Vancouver locations I am accustomed to. Staff are always attentive and looking to help. I got tons of free refills on my strawberry lemonade.
Door Dash order. Food was excellent and the blueberry pie was to die for!! Thanks for adding cheese to our beef dip! Great service.

We always enjoy our time at the White Spot on Notre Dame in Kamloops since the new owners took over (in 2021, I think)! Many years ago, our experiences weren't so great but these new managers/owners clearly know what they're doing. The food is always delicious, and our many modification requests are never forgotten. The service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and clean. This is a great family restaurant, and I recommend this White Spot to all of my friends.

My wife and I were visiting from Saskatchewan but are originally from the States and had never heard of White Spot. The interior reminded us of a concept inline with Denny's meets Applebees given the all day options. We were pleasantly surprised to find our breakfast better than the fair from both of these locations. I had the charred tomato and spinach benedict and my wife tried the waffle. We loved our food and our server who was also heading to Vancouver later was great. What a cool synchronicity. This will not be our last White Spot visit.
