White Spot North Kamloops

Chicken tenders taste like cheap store bought frozen ones server forgot utensils and condiments also did not offer refills for cups sitting empty at edge of table won’t be coming back not impressed

We were at white spot NS the other day on Saturday before I had to work a night shift and we had to change our order to take from eating in, because they were extremely slammed. First of all, before I get to my real point, the east Indian manager lady was really awesome and gave us great service! You can actually tell that she was trying her best despite the chaos that day. She rocks!

My main complaint is against a particular server, 20s female not and mentioning her name on this, who has been nothing but rude to my wife and I every time we go in and happen to run into her. She tried to move us to a different table, despite having been seated at the lounge area (like we requested) and was extremely rude about it. She pretty invasive and will ask the same question a few times about our order, especially when we have order through another server. We've also had her scowling at us whenever we've paid up and left the restaurant before.

I do not like giving bad reviews and complaining, because this restaurant is actually pretty good when ran by the right people. Especially the aforementioned manager lady with how awesome she was! I understand that the serving industry can be extremely hard and gross with the bad customers that one may have to tolerate.

This experience was the worst I’ve ever had at a white spot. Me and my sister in law went for food we asked for brustle sprouts crispy but they made it a pool of dressing and non tossed brustle sprouts instead so we had them re-made, we got bottom-less lemonade and pop and didnt get asked if we needed refills we had to request every time, our prawn and avocado bowl was served over shredded potatoes instead of smash browns so that got sent back also and our Caesar drink was wayyyy to spicy so we got it remade… our server was lovely he was so so busy and did all he could for us (we saw the manager mostly for all orders) she was clueless to say the least and wasn’t helpful to her employees and when we tried to talk to her she tried to put blame on her employees. Definitely won’t be back.

Very limited menu with no seniors or childrens options

One of my favourite breakfast places because of this prawn and avocado dish. Gluten free without the bread and shredded hash-browns I stead of the smash brown. And also our waitress has always been great.

We selected the delivery option and both mains were very good. Appeared as advertised and were very tasty. Delivery time was quick. Good experience.

We came here for breakfast and asked if we could get a couple of 2 egg, mushroom, spinach and cheese omeletes. The waiter asked the cook and he/she said No. I thought it wasn't a difficult request considering the basic ingredients and food preferences a lot of people have these days (we don't eat meat). The Notre Dame White Spot accommodated us no problem. Just saying that it compliments a restaurant when they can bend a little bit with the menu 😋

Best white spot experience I've ever had✨ walking in, all the construction made me think it was going to be bad. But our server Anna was top notch, made amaaaazing drinks and the food was great! Loved it, huge props

Horrible slow service.

This week was our 3rd consecutive weekend we dine at White Spot North shore. Every time the food was great, the waiters were so friendly and checking on you to make sure everything is okay. I love this place, classic with high coping and dark brown furniture, very clean and relaxing atmosphere to dine. I recommend to try their breakfast specially the smash brown potatoes 👌

Got take-out and they forgot some of the order. When I called they offered to replace the missing item but that's all - just the bare minimum of effort.
Also the fish and chips fish was overdone and dry and the portions have become ridiculously small. Will not order the fish and chips again.

I meant to post this 2 weeks ago. It's a bit late but I have to say that I am very impressed with the manager in this particular store. I ordered take out one evening and gave special instructions to the young call taker who sounded like she was very new and learning. The order was not what I had explained to her when I received it. I called them immediately and was told a manager would call me the next day. Well I received the call and spoke with a very nice person who made everything right. Thank you north shore Whitespot for the great way it was all handled. Great customer service for sure.
