Very cool historical site with friendly volunteers and delicious food.
Wonderful summer concerts
Delightful small outdoor heritage attraction, very doable with kids or seniors
Such a hidden gem! A living museum really takes you back in time.
The volunteers are so knowledgeable and friendly, well worth the small price of admission. Tasted Woodford oven baked zucchini bread. Apricots right off the tree. And little gift shop with restaurant is fabulous.
Nice unique place to see.
Hidden historical site with loads of cool artifacts! The gardens were amazing cool and lush! Well worth the visit!
Well kept grounds and flower beds. Enjoyed the historical displays. A very knowledgeable guide at the mill gave us a great presentation.
The site and Gardens are nice, the campground not so much! the sites are tight, small, no privacy, wifi is very spotty or it doesn’t work at all bathrooms were ok could use a good clean and no showers for the price you pay. But for 1 night passing through it’s okay I suppose.
Had a very nice visit at this site, I would recommend this stop to anyone with an interest in history.
Very enjoyable to see a actual mill and it's inner workings. It is also set on a beautiful location along, of course, a creek! This place has much more to offer than just a step back in time. They also have a lovely restaurant where they craft very fine, locally sourced cuisine. What a pleasure it is to be around such friendly, helpful staff. I can't wait to go back!

Best mill around
I hate to give a poor review, but the staff here seemed disengaged and bored. The blacksmith didn't know what his anvil was made of, the person giving the tour of the actual mill didn't give much detail, and the people making ice cream complained about how long it was taking to make it. The people at the summer kitchen were great though. . I wouldn't go back.
Went for one of the Sunday outdoor dinners. Beautiful location. Great people. Delicious dinner and good company. Heck it out.
Amazing site.
Well worth the detour.
Awesome place. Shout out to young man in the mill for detailed explanation
