Never a bad experience. My favorite eating spot when in town
Recently, my family and I visited the Ranch Restaurant. We waited an hour for our lunch, which was frustrating. During our visit, we witnessed a male employee shouting at a take-out customer, which completely shocked us. The restaurant offered poor customer service and had an unfriendly atmosphere. I never expected an employee to behave that way towards a customer. I definitely cannot recommend the Ranch Restaurant to anyone.
Six of us stopped in on our way back to Vancouver a couple of weeks ago. I see from other reviews people thought food was tasty. Sorry, but how do 6 people at our table all say food was not tasty at all. Besides the negative experience with our food, the service was poor and unfriendly, and we waited a very long time for our food to come.. You need to do much better!!

The Ranch has been in this town almost as long as I have. I always find the food to be quite good and the portions are decent. I like to order on the weekend as it is when they serve eggs benny. The burgers are very good as well and the gravy that accompanies the fries is awesome. They also have old fashioned milk shakes, made right there in front of you! So if your ever passing through the town of Keremeos be sure to stop in and try some of the food.

If you are looking for diner food, this is the place! Reasonable prices; 12.50 for a grilled ham and cheese with a cup of really awesome beef barley soup. $43 bill with tax for clubhouse and ham and cheese sandwich, orange juice and iced tea. Friendly server, and food came up very quickly despite every table being occupied. Cute vintage decor!

Good food. Service was epic, it was amazing how she managed to run the whole place with just herself, while not keeping anyone waiting. Apple crisp is a must. Taste real good.

Took awhile to be served. Food was ok. Needs a good updating, it's a bit dark and older flooring etc.
