Three of us ordered take-out last night. The chef's salad had old lettuce with a small amount of ham and chunks of turkey. Look like it was torn up with fingers. Plus a whole boiled egg was thrown in and the egg was green around the yolk. Hamburger was gross and fish was full of grease.

It was absolutely disgusting, I ordered the lite breakfast and my partner waffles extra bacon etc. My egg was old and rubbery tasted like fish, I was given the heal of the bread and my shredded hash browns tasted of rancid burger, I could not eat at all,and the waitress just kept walking by looking at my two bite gone plate and never said a word. My partner who actually ate his meal threw up 2x after we left. Where is Chef Ramsey when u need him! Sorry ladies buy never coming back! Ever!
A warm welcome and excellent food at this old-time diner. They serve breakfast all day. Service was friendly and efficient. Numerous coffee refills. They even had my favourite, HP sauce!

Recently, my family and I visited the Ranch Restaurant. We waited an hour for our lunch, which was frustrating. During our visit, we witnessed a male employee shouting at a take-out customer, which completely shocked us. The restaurant offered poor customer service and had an unfriendly atmosphere. I never expected an employee to behave that way towards a customer. I definitely cannot recommend the Ranch Restaurant to anyone.

Six of us stopped in on our way back to Vancouver a couple of weeks ago. I see from other reviews people thought food was tasty. Sorry, but how do 6 people at our table all say food was not tasty at all. Besides the negative experience with our food, the service was poor and unfriendly, and we waited a very long time for our food to come.. You need to do much better!!
