this little shop could very well be the best bakery in the Kootenays. try everything. it's all delicious 🥰

Not only do these people have the best bread products in Southeastern BC, but they are such lovely people. I will go out of my way to stop in every time I’m in town. :)

So disappointed in this business! We visited Kimberley recently and had researched 'best of' culinary experiences in advance of our trip. 'Bread & Butter' did not answer their phone during posted hours of operation and ignored my email order request. I cannot imagine how they will stay viable with this poor level of customer service.

i was almost in tears eating the cinnamon bun from here, it was so good. the icing was unreal. what a place. reasonable prices for the incredible quality, too.

Kid-friendliness: Very kind worker he recommended the cinnamon buns and me as a kid felt that he was taking my questions seriously and not
ignoring me.

Wheelchair accessibility: When it is nice weather the main door is open and although there is very little room to stand someone could easily get inside and order and see the menu.

This was our first time here. The service was amazing! They answered all our questions about the bread and the fantastic organic flour they mill themselves which is locally sourced. It was a great experience and would highly recommend this quaint little bakery that has high standards!

This place is amazing. The chocolate rye cookies are the best cookies I've ever had, genuinely try them! Their sourdough bread is also great.

Went in near end of day. Got cookies and a pretzel, they were all still like fresh. Soft and moist, the pretzel was golden and well salted. And those chocolate with salt on top rye cookies. Oh my god! They were decadent! 10/10 would recommend.

No word of a lie. The chocolate rye cookies (I might have that name wrong) is the absolute best cookie that I have ever eaten in my life. Do y’all ship to Alberta? ?I also bought a cherry pie for a birthday dessert. It was enjoyed by all with not even a crumb leftover.Those cookies though.

Pretzels and salted chocolate cookies were AMAZING

Popped in today and snagged a couple of cinnamon buns - great dough and perfect amount of cinnamon. No need for icing they were perfect without. Also got some raisin bread which mad awesome sandwiches, the salted chocolate rye cookie surprised me with how good it was. Bagels for breakfast tomorrow. The couple who owns the bakery were lovely too.
