Took the family for supper tonight! This was our first experience with Kimberley Burrito Grill. What a great place to sit down and have supper. Menu was awesome! The portion sizes are amazing, the kids enjoyed their meal, and the staff were Great!

Stopped in for a warm bowl of soup during market day. My wife had the chicken lime soup and it was as great as always but I needed to try the new beef soup, so good. A rich thick beef stock, loaded with tomatillo flavour and nice sized pieces of tender beef. Green onions, cilantro and enough chilli spiciest to make sure I finished my hot chocolate. Service was fast and cheerful as always!

We first heard about Burrito Grill after it was voted 2025 Kimberley Restaurant of the Year, so we had to check it out — and it absolutely lived up to the hype.
I tried the “Gather Burrito”, and it’s one of the best vegetarian options I’ve ever had. There’s something magical about those shredded yams — the flavour and texture really set it apart.
The overall vibe is great too. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend!

We contracted Chantel at Burrito Grill to cater our wedding recently. Throughout the planning process, Chantel was communicative and supportive of our vision for the day. Burrito Grill was able to accommodate for multiple dietary restrictions. We received rave reviews from our guests about the food. Chantel and her team were professional, friendly, and experienced serving a wedding. We would absolutely hire them again for any event and would recommend them for anyone planning a wedding in the East Kootenays.

Special shout out to the East Indian guy working there-he is great at what he does, always professional and super attentive to detail. The food was quick to come out, the staff were upbeat and attentive, the atmosphere was family friendly, the meal portions were very generous, it was affordable and the food tasted AMAZING! We came in with a large group of kids—not exactly the ideal patrons for any restaurant—and were still treated like gold. Food was extremely fast and everyone left more than stuffed. A staff member checked several times to make sure we had enough of everything and were happy. Bathrooms were clean and the entire restaurant has great vibes. Will be an easy add to the itinerary next time we are in Kimberley.

Loved this authentic Mexican cuisine! Downtown Kimberley location and with an outdoor ‘street side’ deck as well, adds an authentic Mexican vibe. Our party enjoyed all the dishes served, the kids even enjoyed the tortilla chips and salsa dip with guacamole. I loved my taco salad (salad was fresh and light and I’d highly recommend the creamy lemon dressing!) and the tacos and quesadillas were also delish according to my family’s feedback. Had very good service and extremely friendly servers, who seemed happy to be serving us. There was also dining space outside in a back area, so there is a variety of seating options to choose from. They also had baby high chair options, which was very helpful with our little one. Take a turn here, you will not be disappointed and pleasantly surprised.
