I was shocked at how run down this so called supermarket was Fruit flies all over the bananas,etc. Meat department looked very sketchy.I would advise people not to shop there.The food and health board should shut this place down. By

Not friendly staff, but easy to find everything you need.
*it was a long weekend and we found lots of not fresh bakery>> 3-4 days after it was labeled, so you should check the date before you’ll purchase it, to avoid disappointment.
** the girls who worked there couldn't tear themselves away from their phones to serve the customers at the checkout

I would give more stars, but unfortunately the supervisor or senior staff member I had Saturday November 18th was the WORST customer care I have actually ever had in Canada. I was standing in line waiting for a return to go through and this person was on another till and even though was literally the next person in line she kept calling over everyone behind me. When I asked I could come over there as I had been waiting the longest she rolled her eyes and said "I guess so". I went over and she rang my 3 items in and when I had thought I had tapped my card properly I went to leave, she then very loudly said "your card was declined!" When I asked of she could lower her voice she said "well your card didn't work and you were walking away!" Then after it DID tap properly I asked for a receipt, she said "sure" and actually held the receipt over on the other side of the till so.i had to actually move around some things to get it. She has glasses and light brown braided hair. If you see her working STAY AWAY! I personally will be shopping at Save On Foods from now on and telling my experience to all. I do not deserve that treatment and nor does anyone else, she should NOT be in customer service at all!

Mark creek is like a mini skirt. Just enough to cover the basics and keeps you coming back for more.In 2021 it was voted most consistent bananas in Kimberley (by me).You will always find a deal you were not looking for.

Lacking basic items such as bulk nuts and protein bars that aren’t junk food like cliff bar. Meat was not at all fresh looking.
