The Old Bauernhaus Restaurant

What a wonderful meal we had, in perfect surroundings and with excleent service. We opted for 'The Bavarian Feast', to savour a little bit of everything, including a bauenplatte, garlic prawns, schnitzel, spaetzle greens and crispy roast potatoes. The food was excellent, the service entertaining and prompt, and the atmosphere was buzzing without being intrusive. After a day on the slopes, there is no better way to end the evening than with a trip to this delightful place. I would heartily recommend for something just that little bit different.

Such a great spot! The food was amazing and full of flavour, the atmosphere is absolutely unique with their 1600 German farmhouse moved and rebuilt on the current location! The service was super friendly and attentive. Everything came together perfectly for a really enjoyable evening. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to others. Their Sauerbraten was amazing

Schnitzel dry not made in-house, so sad easy to make. Red cabbage n ot a lot of flavor. Spätzli not my favorite, normally I ordered more. Haven't been there for 2 years, Chefs changed? New Owner?
Not going back.

Showed up at 7:40 pm on a Friday and were turned away because they weren’t accepting any more tables. Pretty disappointing—especially on a weekend. Took my money elsewhere. Just a heads-up for anyone planning a late dinner without reservations.

First time here. Our server was Marley. She was great. Super personable. Helped understand the menu choices. Treated us like old friends. Food was awesome. Location was fun. Was celebrating with friends their wedding anniversary. Would definitely come back.

It was our Anniversary so we decided to celebrate it at The Old Bauernhaus Restaurant. We were not disappointed. The meal was spectacular and our server Brittany was amazing. She was very sweet and thoughtful bringing us special little treats because it was our Anniversary. The atmosphere was fun and lively because there was a group celebrating a Birthday and other happy patrons. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and we will definitely be back.
