Honestly one of the Best A&W's I've ever been in, the staff every time I have gone in have been phenomenal and very kind and patient with everyone. I appreciate how they break everything down easily without extra fuss, and they are always happy to help the customers.
It's very neat and tidy, and the food is always consistent even when they are busy. I haven't had any mistakes with an order yet, the amount of lettuce/sauces/etc are always the same unless you order it differently. Honestly, great eye for details from the staff here~

We were disappointed that we ordered a meal for inside and we were given paper cups instead of real coffee ☕ cups and classic root beer ? mugs. I always thought A&W was trying to be more environmentally conscious. Food was good.

Tried ordering 2 of the reusable cups and 3 burgers and poutine and union ring with even making that order was an ordeal and they gave me fries instead of the poutine I asked for hug colossal waist of time

We came for breakfast and fellowship. The service was good and the food was what we expected. However, the rest of the restaurant is very plain. Aside from the picture of the exterior with the classic cars, it is not at all remarkable.
Went through drive through and was told to park and wait 3 minutes for teen burger. After 15 minutes of waiting I went in ti find they had to search through about 10 to go bags to find my order. No apology either.
