Went here for date night with my husband. Arrived at 520pm on a Saturday. There was one table occupied in the whole restaurant and they were already eating. After standing waiting to be seated for 5-8 minutes, someone finally approached us and asked if we had a reservation. We said no, and she said she’d be right back. Five minutes layered she returned and said they could not accommodate us as they didn’t want the kitchen staff to get overwhelmed??? Did I mention there was two of us??? And only one occupied table in the entire restaurant?? Lmao pretty pathetic. Ended up going to Mr mikes and had a wonderful meal with excellent service(and they were packed!!)

Went on a date night with my partner on a Saturday around 6:00pm when we get there there is a sign that says wait to be seated. We waited at the sign for a couple of minutes while staff are just walking past us. Then a young man (who I knew) stopped and said have you been helped which we replied no. He went to the bartender and said that they are at capacity and we could not be seated. There was about 6 empty tables that we could see and we replied with really? The young man was apologetic as the servers just laughed. This is the second time we have had an experience like this here. Fair to say we will not be going back. Went to the Chalet and had a nice meal.

It’s Kitimat so I wasn’t expecting a fine dining experience, but I’ve got to say, the Blue Room Tavern really surprised me in the best way.
We came in as a group of 30+ for a birthday dinner, so the service was relatively smooth. Most of us ordered ahead, which I think is the way to go. Our server, Summer, was an absolute gem. Friendly, attentive, and made sure every single person had what they needed and checked in regularly without ever feeling rushed.
For the food I ordered the 7oz Filet Mignon medium-rare arrived medium, however the vast majority of steaks ordered were cooked to perfection. The Truffle Parmesan fries were crisp, the sauce rich, and honestly hard to stop eating. We also shared the Warm Baked Goat Cheese appetizer. INCREDIBLE creamy, tangy, and paired nicely with the crostini (I do wish they threw in one more piece for sharing). Portions were just right.
All in all, I left full, happy, and genuinely impressed. Great food, great drinks, great staff, great night.

tried going to the comedy show but no seats left for me and my wife. We paid 50 bucks for tickets and didn't even get to watch it. We even asked for another seat and the waitress told us they couldn't bring another seat out. We weren't about to stand for the whole show plus we where planing to eat.

Food was AMAZING! Had the 14oz Sirloin and it was like cutting through butter. Delish! Service was excellent! Appy was Spinach Artichoke and was excellent as well. About the only issue I had was the music was a bit loud. But the atmosphere is excellent otherwise. Will definitely return when I'm craving steak!
Waited 1.5 hrs for our food, waitress brought the food in slow spirts but forgot our utensils so we waited for that too, had icetea but no tea to call it icetea! one could break a tooth on the garlic toast! Lasagna was terrible still wondering if it was a dipping cheese sauce cause couldn't find any noodles it was completely mush it was something to soften the garlic toast in! sitting on the toilet as I write this not know if I'm going to puke at both ends but definitely puking! Nothing could ever make me go back!

Went here for dinner and dessert had the cauliflower. Drinks are fun and delicious! It was delicious. Staff wasn’t overly friendly and service wasn’t great in my opinion for a not busy night when I went. I enjoyed the fact that you could eat dinner and then go play pool/darts and also order dessert and drinks while doing that.

I will preface this review with the fact I’ve been here many times and it’s been amazing. But tonight, we had to send back 2 drinks as they were not made properly with the correct ingredients, they were dissatisfying. The three of us waited 2 hours for our dinner and found out our food hadn’t been sent to the kitchen and our server wasn’t honest about this. After discussions we finally had to walk out. We were treated poorly and we truly felt like the server and the girl with the coloured blue hair didn’t care. Not okay. We paid for our drinks that were not compensated at all whatsoever and left with a poor taste our mouths.
