Extremely disappointing to hear the story on APTN news! Educate your employees, if they even are employed still.
Do you ever get an order right! Just came from there and for what you charge just for 2 meals $35 one would think so! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Don’t waste ur money here the staff act like they are in elementary
Is this the Dairy Queen where the staff laughed at the indigenous boy that was wearing braids? That’s disgusting! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!
Really disappointed to hear that this location had an incident recently where a cashier was racist against a small child. The owners of this location agreed to apologize to the family if they removed any public post about the incident.... until corporate got involved. Yuck.

I am very disappointed to hear a story on aptn reporting the hostile treatment of a customer based on their Indigenous culture. This would not be tolerated with many other cultures within Canada. Have you done anything meaningful to remedy this treatment of your customers?

Do not support this business if you are Indigenous or support Indigenous people. The franchise owners, Maninder and Sharan, are extremely racist and that directly reflects in their employment. Recently, a 6yr old Haisla boy came in for an ice cream. He was shamed and bullied by adults for having long hair. He was misgendered and absolutely disrespected. Maninder and Sharan claim they respect and appreciate all cultures, however their true colours show in situations like this. This wasn’t the first case of racism at this location, I guarantee it will not be the last.

Stop h*r*ssing Indigenous children & treat Indigenous people with respect. Fake apologizing by offering a lunch for silence is a shameful move. Listen to the family & make amends properly.
