I love trying some of the Chef's Special dishes! This is my favorite place in Kitimat to eat Western Chinese food. Some of my favorite dishes are the Singapore Noodle, Catonese Noodles, Schezwan Vegetables, ginger beef, ginger chicken, amd sweet and sour spare ribs. Cant wait to try more!
I sincerely think fortune kitchen in kitimat has the best quality and portions designated in kitimat and anywhere across Canada. We have eaten western style Chinese food across bc and Canada as far away as nfld. By far it beats anything we've eaten elsewhere. This food is legit chinese food, I had special fried rice and the wok-hei was amazing nice and toasty flavor, Honey Garlic Spareribs and they were good bones, also almond Chicken nice batter and crispy... but that chili oil was great and when the chili oil is good you know the food gone be deadly tooo ?
