My son and I ordered the the rib eye beef dip. For $24.99 each I was expecting a really tasty meal. The presentation was terrible, the bun soggy already from the greasy meat. We both felt like the portion was half of what it should have been.

UPDATE: Me and my wife went there for our anniversary and we waited over 15 minutes after being seated and still no one came to start us on drinks. also had planned for our table to be up set which it was not.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding a disappointing experience we had during our recent visit to your lounge.

A few friends and I came by and were directed to sit down in order to place a drink order. We followed that instruction and sat at the bar. While waiting, we chatted with friends at a nearby table. I briefly pulled up a chair to sit and join them when a staff member, Krista, came over and loudly told the group — in front of everyone — that there was no more room for anyone else at the table. I stood up to move, but she then pulled the chair away in a way that felt unnecessarily rude and off-putting.

We completely understand the need for seating policies and space management, but the way it was handled felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. We were there to enjoy our time and support your venue, and it was disappointing to be addressed that way and the very reason we only stayed approx. 5 minutes.

I hope you’ll take this feedback in the spirit it’s intended — we want to enjoy your space and feel welcome doing so.

I had the battered fish platter for lunch, it was fantastic, hot n' tasty. It was so much that I was able to take some home and have it again. I also ordered the cheesecake togo, when you go to Mike's, you must have the cheesecake, its unbelievably good.

Ordered a large Cesar Salad for take out tonight and for $13 I got half a bowl of lettuce and a small cup of dressing which didn't even cover the salad. My wings and popcorn shrimp were delish though. But I was really looking forward to a good salad. Didn't even have parmesan or bacon bits 😕

Came here for Father’s Day and it was perfect. Great ambience and excellent food. My steak was well cooked. When I’m in Kitimat I always come here with my family.

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. He offered drinks right away and was attentive throughout the entire meal, checking in regularly without being intrusive. Great service like this really makes a difference—thank you, Jake!
