Every time I order egg white omelette bites, they’re either cold or burnt, they never give me napkins or a fork, just hand out the order, no sleeves on hot tea either. I’m not surprised but disappointed by the service. The quality of service has gone down so much in last 5 years.

Today I went their and decided to try Grilled Cheese Melt customised with veggies and a veggie bowl and It was fabulous.The staff over their in front is always welcoming, polite and attentive. I am always impressed by the consistency of service at this Tim Hortons!
