A nice spot to grab a bite and drink waiting for the ferry. If you're smart when getting off the ferry stop here to avoid the crazy rush up the hill. Great lighting inside and glad to see a hearty layer of dates on their date square ( most places are cheap and hardly put any on). Not 5 star dining but a very pleasant experience. Wish they had some pottery with ladybugs to remind myself of the place. 5$ for a date square. Not cheap and not dissatisfied either.

Stopped in this morning after camping in Riondel. The mango chocolate chip and cranberry walnut muffins were fresh out of the oven, our coffee/lattes were perfectly made, and we received amazing customer service. Great company too.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids inside and out.Parking: Most people park at ferry landing, but spots are provided.

Burger was not what I expected. I thought a fresh homemade burger but it was from a box . Very disappointed. 12 dollars . It said back by popular demand. So I thought wrong . We’ll not return .

We stopped there 2 days ago! Read the menu it said back by popular demand Kootenay beef burgers! Definitely not what we expected a square burger with very little taste! Out of a box for sure. We fired them in the garbage. I think if they took the time to make homemade burgers they would definitely do alot better! Thanks but no thanks!!
