Little bakery in Lac La Hache! Their pretzel was traditional Bavarian kind… chewy and tasty!

Owners are awesome!
I don't generally eat commercial flour products but have bought some pastries for family members and must admit the bits I have tasted are delicious.
The last time I was there I bought some sausage links made locally: The best! Sooooo yummy!
I love how they also support other local small businesses. Five star!

My family found their bread at our local Grocery Store and we are now hooked! Delicious authentic bread that keeps you full all day. It is now a staple in our household.

We always stop here on our way south from PG to get our fix on German bread. Please find a way to get your bread to PG :) The Munich rye bread you sold me was AMAZING 🤩

Great product offerings if you can get your hands on them. This business is always closed, only open weekdays from 8-6 if all stars align. You can’t depend on this business when they close shop at every single opportunity to do so. This is a bakery selling goods to consumers who typically work jobs thus staying open until 9pm
7 days a week is absolutely reasonable. Staff seem burnt out and resentful - there should be multiple crews working per day to help alleviate pressure.

Have purchased this bread (when available) at a local market but have always wanted to visit the bakery in person. Finally made it here while in the area on holiday. Purchased a fresh sourdough round and a fruit and cream cheese danish. Both were delicious! Hope to return again one day.
Parking: Convenient parking right out front.

Such a surprise....a typical German bakery....when you get out of the car there is a wonderful smell of fresh bread. The sweet particles - great, the pretzel tastes like in Germany - ?, the ? is great. We were allowed to take a quick look at the bakery...thank you for the very friendly welcome.
