I came for repizza Day where i can get a free medium pizza for giving them a box and i got told by the woman at the front and their manager that it did not happen even when i show them the official rules and day it was happening. I am very disappointed as I did not have a lunch that day

This is what they call a pizza. I called to let them know that they messed up my order. Instead of apologising, the manager asked me to come back with the whole pizza in order to get the refund. I believe they think that $15 worth more than customers' time. I never asked for a refund. Rhiddiculously bad customer service
Me and My boyfriend ordered 3 mid pizza's thar had no taste and terrible texture. there are so many better options in the local area than this

The time I order a pizza from this location they cheap out on the toppings, a crust normally is around 1 inch but not at this place the crust is more than half of the pizza barely any cheese and toppings. They are not making pizza they are making a flatbread. I would bet that the people making the pizza have never even tried pizza absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had

Ordered 8 Chicken Bites with Garlic Parmesane Sauce, got 7 Chicken Bites and some burned pieces of batter, swimming in grease with no sauce in sight. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I just ordered a pizza ? not only did the email say it was here 15 minutes before it arrived 15 minutes late but it's not fully cook and when I called to complain they just hung up!!! Sadly I will never ordered again. Worst customer service ever!!!! So they called back later and all they will do is send another pizza so as she said I can leave a bad review. So I highly recommend not ever ordering for here. In today's economy customer service is at the top but they don't seem to care!!!

Just had a horrible experience. Check your credit cards for double billing. I'm usually very happy to please but I have to speak up on this one. Ordered on the app, when I received a notice it did not go through. So I phoned it in and paid cash. Low and behold my credit card was charged too. So, I brought the evidence with the coordinating order numbers to the restaraunt and the staff told me to dispute in on VISA. I call visa they say I have to wait 10 days. 2x 20 min waits later, I just got cut off on phone. I'm furious. This should have been an easy "return" my money to my credit card. I imagine I'm not the first nor the last. So check your credit cards for double billing.
