This is what they call a pizza. I called to let them know that they messed up my order. Instead of apologising, the manager asked me to come back with the whole pizza in order to get the refund. I believe they think that $15 worth more than customers' time. I never asked for a refund. Rhiddiculously bad customer service

The time I order a pizza from this location they cheap out on the toppings, a crust normally is around 1 inch but not at this place the crust is more than half of the pizza barely any cheese and toppings. They are not making pizza they are making a flatbread. I would bet that the people making the pizza have never even tried pizza absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had

Ordered 8 Chicken Bites with Garlic Parmesane Sauce, got 7 Chicken Bites and some burned pieces of batter, swimming in grease with no sauce in sight. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I just ordered a pizza ? not only did the email say it was here 15 minutes before it arrived 15 minutes late but it's not fully cook and when I called to complain they just hung up!!! Sadly I will never ordered again. Worst customer service ever!!!! So they called back later and all they will do is send another pizza so as she said I can leave a bad review. So I highly recommend not ever ordering for here. In today's economy customer service is at the top but they don't seem to care!!!

Just had a horrible experience. Check your credit cards for double billing. I'm usually very happy to please but I have to speak up on this one. Ordered on the app, when I received a notice it did not go through. So I phoned it in and paid cash. Low and behold my credit card was charged too. So, I brought the evidence with the coordinating order numbers to the restaraunt and the staff told me to dispute in on VISA. I call visa they say I have to wait 10 days. 2x 20 min waits later, I just got cut off on phone. I'm furious. This should have been an easy "return" my money to my credit card. I imagine I'm not the first nor the last. So check your credit cards for double billing.

Served an order of the cheesy pull apart bread that was both raw and soggy from grease. The dough was transparent. This is an ongoing health and safety issue from the look of other reviews. This place is going to make someone seriously sick.

I’ve ordered pizza from Pizza hut many times in the past. Last night was the first time at this Pizza Hut and it was not good. The crust was almost half cooked. It was doughy and appeared not cooked properly! I would not go back!
HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.I can’t believe they would serve this. My pizza wasn’t cut properly one is the size of a pinky and the other the size of a dinner plate and WORST OF ALL it is burnt. 2 slices are black. I can’t even tell which part is pepperoni and what part is cheese because of how dark the cheese is.I called them IMMEDIATELY when coming home and the girl was extremely apologetic but all she said was we can give you next time. It was all next time. I wanted one today because my family is hungry but she kept saying it will be for next time. I then asked how will I know you would even credit me and she just said we will tell our workers and then hangs up to say we’ll call you later to properly speak to a manager. I got nothing. How are they still open?!

Ordered a large thin crust crispy Hawaiian pizza online. Got the email notice that it was on its way and would be there within the next ten minutes. A half hour later it finally arrived. The pizza was barely room temperature, soggy, not crispy and with hardly any taste. So disappointing. I can’t imagine ordering from this store ever again.
