Last Saturday, August 9, we visited Lake Cowichan with our friends and stopped at A&W. The food was good and everything was fine, but unfortunately, we lost our car key during the visit. We informed the front desk, and they kindly looked everywhere to help us—thank you for that—but we still haven’t found the key.
If anyone has any information, please let me know. It’s a Kia car key with a “Toronto” named keychain, two house keys (gold and silver), and a long Kia tag.

Count your days A and W, just gave me a freakin burger with so much mayonnaise on it done made me feel like a dirty freak when I bit into it.
Everyone was nice and the view is awesome though. Parking is a little lackluster but the drive through appears spacious.

Fries were cold, couldn’t make a sweet cream root beer at 9 at night even though they are open till 10, inside closed, had to wait outside in the freezing cold for 15 min, and the guy behind complained about wait time so he got his order before us! Do better lake cowichan a&w

Stopped in here back from our trip down island and this is by far the best A&W we've been to since we moved from Alberta! The staff working were wonderful, easy to understand and food was hot and fresh, definitely will be returning 😊 Thank you!

We visited A&W Lake Cowichan today for lunch after a cold plunge in the lake. There were 13 in our group. A wonderful employee named Megan served us and she was truly an outstanding server. Several of us have worked in the hospitality industry and we were all impressed with the standard of service she provided. The food was great too. In our group we had friends from Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Island residents. We all agreed that this A&W was the best we’d been to in our travels. Well Done Lake Cowichan! We hope to be back again! Thank you! 😊
EVERYTIME we pass through Cowichan, we always stop at this A&W. Year after year, it's been incredibly consistent. Like the only consistent A&W on the island, I swear. The staff are always friendly, the service is super fast, and the food is always fresh. For fast food, can't get any better than that! Highly recommended going to this A&W! Everyone is great here!
