Minimal staff in the kitchen leads to long wait times for the tasty food. Waited about 75 minutes from ordering to food arriving at the table with a few other tables. Same thing both times I was there.

Pre cooked meat form grocery store, roast beef dinner and Chicken on salad was not freshly made and very obvious, dry and the beef was like or Was thick cut deli meat. Not ok.

On a Saturday night, We were sitting there with some friends and some young (30’s) people came in that we’re having a little bit of fun, but were not belligerent in anyway In fact, they were lovely professional people.
The one Waitress or manager Sent them out and in fact called the police on them and they were walking. What a horrible way to treat people. I won’t be going back to that restaurant/pub

Super bad! Nice inside and the patio has a nice view but the food and service are very bad.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Honestly I thought I was being punked.
The service was almost non existent. When we had to prompt them for service the server was bad. Had barely any training and was basically just an order taker. Did not bring us side plates or even cutlery.
The food is so bad. The Mac & Cheese poutine was barely there. I think there was maybe 10 fries and that is being generous. There was five cheese curds and I don’t think there was any cheese on the pasta noodles. This pathetic offering was served on a basically a side plate.
The potato skins looked gross and seemed microwaved. Just all around bad.

Whoever reads these reviews please contact me. I can definitely fix these issues with some menu recipe tweaks and a steps of service manual.

Nice big pub.Lots of tables and excellent patio overlooking the river.Price were moderate, food was good.Easy parking.Liquor store and coffee bar also.

Riverside restaurant and bar has a beautiful patio over looking the river and is in a prime location.Unfortunately, the servers are not very friendly at all. The menu is very small with very limited options. We ordered a half salad with chicken and were very disappointed with the quality. The chicken is very clearly processed and frozen, and they bake it in the oven instead of on a grill, making it chewy and hardly edible.We would have happily paid twice as much for a salad with quality ingredients.

sat inside for 10 minutes and a server didn’t even come over to us. went up to the bar and asked if we were supposed to order at the bar because we’d never been there before and a server rudely said “one sec”. sat back down, watched her point at us to another server and they both went outside? waited another 10 mins and just left. definitely won’t be coming back lol. horrible service

Great food, servers made great suggestions and we're very friendly! So cool to be right over the water. Visited on a big snowflake day and it was great atmosphere!
