Sarpino's Pizzeria Lake Cowichan

Lasagna was raw the first time that I ordered it I called they put a credit on my account which was great awesome customer service thank you then I tried it again and it's still not cooked right I wouldn't recommend the lasagna but the salad is good I had a bacon caesar salad

Asked about a slice a pizza. The lady said it only takes 5 minutes. So we ordered that and a wrap. Then she said ready in 15 minutes. The wrap was horrible. It tasted like the chicken was allergic to flavor. Poor chicken. The pizza was skimpy and bland. I gave them 3 stars because my friend feels bad for them.

Friendliest people ever working here. She gave us a free cheese pizza and a free dip with our order!

The pizza is really well made with lots of high quality ingredients. The only thing I would change on the Meat Lovers is actually having a bit less toppings on it. Not going to take stars off for that though since they're just being generous! But I think it would actually taste better with less on it.

Ordered a simple thin crust pepperoni and some spaghetti. The pizza was disastrously over cooked and flavourless; the spaghetti was worse, dry as if it was on its way to being dehydrated and sparing with sauce. Should have got a Dr. Oetker, oh well…

Had a 2 great simple pizzas. Cheese and a pepperoni, for 20$ cant go wrong! The dips must be made in house because they were awesome, I’ve tried a few places in town and im happy to have found this staple in the community! Keep it up guys

Easy to order online, quoted 45 mins to an hour was only 22 minutes from ordering online to at my door. Hot pizza cold iced tea and amazing cheesecake!
Only 2 things I want to make note... 1. Put delivery instructions to go to basement door, driver went upstairs... 2. I added the tip online, machine wanted second tip. Look at the receipt so you know if you tipped or not

We ordered pizza through online for Lake Cowichan for pick-up. We arrived 30 minutws later to find our order had been redirected to Esquimalt. We redid the order and had it changed to be delivered, as we didn't have another 30 min to wait around. When the pizza's arrived (one hour later) there were 3 smalls, instead of the 3 mediums we ordered, one of the pizzas was a completely wrong pizza, and they forgot our drinks. We called and were told they were remaking our full order, correctly, credit us one free pizza and that it would arrive in 20 minutes. Upon arrival, there was only one cold pizza of the correct make and size, and they tried to charge us another $47 at the door for the pizza we already paid for. So out of the Medium 3-3-3 deal, we received 3 smalls, one of them wrong, one medium correct pizza another half our later that was cold, and our drink, and the tried to double charge us!

Great delivery

Pizza was great ! Could taste the freshness of the dough and all the other ingredients. Customer service was also amazing.

Got some pies from here yesterday and they were absolutely delicious, I give a huge applause to the staff for working in the shop as it must have been 45 degrees in there poor things. Given how busy and how hot it was the gentleman still gave excellent service or pizzas were ready in 15 min and they were perfect thanks so much you all are rockstars ?.
