Well went to subway in lake Cowichan today wow was so disappointed with there dippers 2 thin slices of peperoni in a hole wrap no cheese really. The salad was a complete mess and tones of wrong stuff added. Same with both subs my daughter had the meat ball sub with nothing on it came with that huge chunk of cheese and bunch of other stuff and same with the other sub.

Typical subway. Food was as expected. Service was friendlier than normal. Found it interesting that everyone that came in knew everyone else, except us - strangers from a strange land! Was nice, small town feel which I liked.

Just ordered through the app for the first time today. Was supposed to get a free cookie and also I ordered a bag of sun chips to go with my meatball sub. Chips and cookie missing, sub was cold. Asked for extra sauce, not done.No cheese melted on it at all even though I requested.
Parking: No idea what you want here. Parking doesn’t mean anything if the service isn’t any good.

We have only been to this Subway twice when working in Lake Cowichan, ordered a meat ball and charged us extra for vegetables because it wasn’t on the sub, I ordered a Supremo and wanted to charge me extra for different cheese, pop is watered down, really hot in the restaurant and slow service. Feels like they are cutting corners, haven’t had this at any other subway
