Terrible customer service at this Subway. Girl was very rude. Very cheap with the vegetables. I ended up leaving. Will never go back.

I walked in after going tubing down the river, the lady behind the counter scowled at me and my friend wearing swim suit tops and shorts. Then proceeded to say “You ladies cannot be in here wearing that”. Sent us out and lost our service. Like hello.. This is a lake town???

Worst experience ever! I have been going to subway for the longest time and never had an experience as worse as this. Subway is going downhill the over priced food and now you can’t even build a sub the way you want. I was told by a worker at this location that I can only have 3 tiny little sliced olives on my sandwich. Which is absurd and ridiculous. Will never come again!!

Well went to subway in lake Cowichan today wow was so disappointed with there dippers 2 thin slices of peperoni in a hole wrap no cheese really. The salad was a complete mess and tones of wrong stuff added. Same with both subs my daughter had the meat ball sub with nothing on it came with that huge chunk of cheese and bunch of other stuff and same with the other sub.
Vegetarian options: I love their Veggie Delite subs, they're amazing! I highly recommend it.
Parking: There is street parking but also there is a big parking lot right across the street that you can use.

Typical subway. Food was as expected. Service was friendlier than normal. Found it interesting that everyone that came in knew everyone else, except us - strangers from a strange land! Was nice, small town feel which I liked.

Just ordered through the app for the first time today. Was supposed to get a free cookie and also I ordered a bag of sun chips to go with my meatball sub. Chips and cookie missing, sub was cold. Asked for extra sauce, not done.No cheese melted on it at all even though I requested.
Parking: No idea what you want here. Parking doesn’t mean anything if the service isn’t any good.
