i come here every day before work. other times are decent, but every time certain staff are working they always ruin and burn the ever loving life out of my bagels. its repulsive.
a note to the employees: if you cant do your job of MAKING PEOPLES FOOD PROPERLY then you shouldnt be trusted to do so. find somewhere more suited to your needs because the poison you feed people will only cost you. thanks.

A worker told me they no longer sold a item that was RIGHT in front of my face. Sure, maybe they were mistaken and that's okay. But they proceeded to tell me that I was WRONG and that it was a different item. Not only that, they told me it was no longer sold because it lacked popularity. It had the same label and looked the exact same. I returned moments later and asked a different employee for the same item. It was the item I thought it was. I've had multiple experiences where employees at this location tell me I am wrong, only to be proven right moments later by a separate employee.

The service here has always been bad, but it's consistently getting worse each time we go.
This morning I ordered an Iced Latte and when the worker gave me my drink, it was clear that it had no espresso in it since it was stark white, white as paper, white as a ghost. I let her know that they forgot the espresso and she argued with me for a good 5 minutes that a Latte doesn't have any espresso or coffee of any kind. I tried to explain that a Latte is not just milk and sugar, but it actually has a coffee element. She was ADAMANT that I was wrong and that if I wanted something with coffee that I needed to order something else because a Latte is in fact just milk and syrup. Eventually, another worker came over and fixed my drink with no issue.
To the owner - PLEASE start training your staff. They get our order wrong more times than they get it right, they move so slowly especially if you choose to go in the store instead of the drive through, and its really common that they don't know what ingredients go in what. Half the staff think that a Turkey Bacon Club comes with cheese and the other half think it doesn't. Some staff think that an Iced Latte is just a cup of milk on ice.
Please invest in some proper training so we can have access to CONSISTENT coffee and breakfast to go in the morning when we have no other options.

I just usually get a hashbrown and ice capp the hashbrowns are fine food all seems fine but the drinks something is wrong my ice cap seemed carbonated and tasted like nothing I've ever had to compare it to. Didn't seem spoiled but tasted like almost mildew.

Had a really disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru near Cowichan River. The server, Sharron, was extremely rude and impatient. I was trying to load an offer on my app for two Farmers Wraps for $7, but she started sighing loudly and murmuring “oh my god” under her breath — then actually walked away for a moment. When she came back, she told me I’d have to pay full price, without giving the app even a chance to finish loading.
Her attitude and lack of basic customer service were completely unacceptable and honestly ruined my morning.
To top it off, I ordered a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich expecting the usual poached-style egg, but got herb scrambled eggs instead. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t what I ordered or expected.
This level of service is really disappointing for a brand like Tim Hortons. I won’t be visiting this location again any time soon.

I visit Tim Hortons Daily 530am, in Victoria, BC and have always had friendly service and very clean restaurant, Lake Cowichan is the worst I have seen, the ladies that work there are far from Friendly, you say Good Morning and nothing back, just a glare from them. The coffee cup is 4/5 full and almost thrown on the counter. this is not a one off thing, I was there about 5 x in the last week and always the same. The restaurant is dirty, floors and tables. Washroom was ok. I am looking at going to A&W in Lake Cowichan now, it can t be worse! I am very disappointed with this Tims....
The personal service was great but the app totally failed me. Had the code up and ready to scan the whole time I was in line but the second I went to pay with it, it went blank and no amount of restarting would being it back. Must be the spotty cell service in the area.

Drive through today was indescribable! Slow beyond belief, one car at ordering station, one at pickup window, empty 3 car lengths in between. And a blonde middle aged female employee deciding not to provide change to customers! Take money, close till, walk away. Wow, what garbage is this?

I was one of the worst tim Hortons that I went to ,I order a FROZEN limoned and they literally gave me a juice lemonade!!!!!! And the staff there are not friendly at all !!! If I could I would rate it 0 stars

Mens Bathroom was absolutely disgusting and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. Tables and floor in were dirty aswell this was at 9am.
