Langford location - From the minute Miguel at the counter took our order, to when Luis was saying goodbye and holding the door for us on the way out, this fast food experience was unlike any other we have ever had! Miguel was incredibly kind and brought our food to our table too, with a smile and a heart full of gratitude. The Uncle burgers and onion rings were delicious and fresh! The ice cold mugs of root beer felt like we were going back in time to a day when fast food was fun too! The restaurant was clean and well taken care of with a great bright style and actual ambience which took me by surprise. Hats off to you, A&W for standing out like this at a time when service is on the decline. Miguel put u on the map for us! We will be back for breakfast soon! Cheers to you!

The drive thru has never messed up my order. The in dining experience is way better than its peers. I can grab the amount of condiments I want without having to bother the staff or have the staff cheap out in the amount I want. There's even a sink to wash your hands in the condiment area. Way better than washing up in a bathroom before you ear.The staff brings your meal!There's no tipping on the machine. Please keep it this way. I would rather pay more than tip at a fast food restaurant. Speaking of prices, I feel it's a way better value and quality than McDonald's. And when I'm done eating here, I don't feel gross.Shout out to the staff this morning. The world needs more decent hard-working people, and I found them at my local A&W.
