I hesitate to complain, but I'm so disappointed in the standard of customer service. To celebrate my birthday on March 7 this year, I organized a dinner for my family. I checked twice in advance that I could have an onion and garlic-free butter chicken dish for myself due to allergies and digestive problems. The staff member checked on both occasions with the chef and said that would be ok. I was over the moon!On the day, my granddaughter felt unwell so we changed the order from dine-in to take-out and the staff were very good about this.However, what disappointed me greatly was that the waiter glared at me and said angrily that my onion/garlic- free butter chicken dish , "would never happen again!"I was really shocked at this peremptory attitude as friends had told me that the customer care was brilliant. I could have understood if the waiter had explained the problem to me or if he had suggested some garlic-free options, if indeed there are any. If he had said the price would need to be increased, I would have accepted that, too, gladly.Btw the dish itself was excellent, 5 stars, but the customer service was awful!

I have dined at many Indian restaurants in Canada and Europe. This was the best Indian meal I have ever had. Flavour was incredible and was served still steaming at the table. Plated well on nice dishes and decor was very attractive. Our server Rose was attentive and very pleasant. The attached photo shows how beautifully they presented a pappadum starter. You won't be disappointed.

I can see why.The food is absolutely fantastic, and was served fresh and piping hot.The staff seemed very friendly and accommodating. I was offered a cold glass of water while I waited for my order, which was appreciated.The restaurant interior is very nice as well. Very clean.I imagine I'll be back again and again.
