Burgers were super soggy, lettuce limp and watery and drowned in sauce :( and not really any flavor to this mess.
Dill pickle tater tots, just tasted like regular old tots, no pickle flavor.
The raspberry cream milk shake was on point and the only enjoyable part of the meal.
The staff all looks miserable, one girl just moping around like Eeyore. They have this upbeat lively music playing, but I don't think anyone wanted to be there.
I will say the place was very clean, which was nice!
For 2 burgers one side of tots and a milk shake to share ...almost 50 bucks...not worth it :(

I used to love big wheel burger about 5 years ago at their Victoria location but after my most recent visit to their Langford location, I won’t be returning.
I asked the employee for ingredient information, she shrugged multiple times instead of asking a coworker or trying to find nutritional information to share. I ended up ordering a lettuce wrapped burger, fries, and a pop … the burger literally two pieces of lettuce around a cup of shredded lettuce, and a very smushed broken burger patty and no tomato, no pickles, and no sauce. I guess lettuce wrapped burger is code for plain burger with lettuce and a side of lettuce. My husband ordered a burger (his came with tomato, pickles, and sauce) and a pop. This sad meal cost us $37!!!!! A very disappointing experience

I would not travel out of my way for this. Burger oversalted, tasted microwaved ( hotter than a grill gets anything ) the fryer oil probably needs changing. Gross. The staff are all pretty checked out and disinterested sadly. Telling of overall lack of managment here. A&W half the price and probably as good.

I was served my a lovely boy named Fabio, he was kind and very polite. He made small talk with me, asking about my day and such. I order the burger and a double burger. They were both very delicious, and I intend on coming back again!

This Big Wheel Burger location does NOT disappoint! We’ve gotten fresh, crispy fries/tater tots and a loaded burger every time we’ve come here and it’s the most consistent and friendly location by far. Thanks to the whole team there for working hard and being so amazing!

Easyyyyyy 5 stars. Love Big Wheel and this one is the best location hands down. Always reliably delicious and the staff has been consistently warm and welcoming. Keep it up!

The double cheese burgers and shakes are awesome! Fast and Great Service.

Sometimes when I feel like a burger, I go to a different restaurant and then I just end up feeling disappointed and have to go to Big Wheel to feel satiated. This time I tried the monthly feature, which was a blue cheese and bacon burger and onion rings. Delicious! The quality and flavour of the meat is unrivalled here.

PS it is super cool to have a restaurant built around CSR. Very proud of you guys
