Originally posted privately to Instagram on the BWB account, they didn't acknowledge so I'll post here.
I had gone to the Nanaimo location a few times and it was instantly apparent that it was not what we had grown to enjoy in Victoria. Staff didn't acknowledge you were even there, orders wrong, condiments station not a thing, place was just kind of dirty.
Was glad that Langford location was following the other Vic locations in every regard.
Langford WAS following the Vic/Saanich locations
Langford location has just become the Nanaimo spot.
Staff far too busy talking to each other than to take orders, or take them properly. Restaurant empty with dirty everything, condiments station looking like a 7-11 hot dog station at 4am.
Might explain why it was empty at 5pm

I had the crispy chicken burger and it was dry. I usually finish my restaurant meals because i paid for for but this one i didn't.
