Ordered a chicken parmesan tonight for takeout. Supposed to come with spaghetti and garlic toast. Guess what it did not come with? Yes; spaghetti and garlic toast. I sure paid for it though. Gotta love driving out to Langford to come home with half an order. Never again.

We've been to other Boston Pizzas where the service was lackluster or non-existent, but this location hit the jackpot when they hired Kiesha. Her attentive, friendly, funny and quick service made our day. Food was yummy as always!

Great food and service. My wife and I love the place. Tonight they had a fire. The people working there quietly and calmly ask everyone to vacate because of the fire which some including ourselves couldn't smell at first. There was absolutely no panic what so ever. Very very polite and calm. I wish to praise the restaurant's actions which were superb even double checking washrooms. Bless you one and all and may you reopen very soon. We will be back.

I am so disappointed, I ordered delivery especially for 8.30pm as I was out until then. (Massage so phone off) 8:10 1st text arrive saying can't deliver as no response Santiago may cancel.order. next text still no réponse order may get canceled. 8.20 im frantically texting leave at the door. 8:30 I call boston pizza Santiago just walked through the door with said pizza!!! There's a reason I ordered for 8.30!!!!

I had a nice experience with my kids and their friends . They got nice and affordable kids menu. The booths are comfortable and the atmosphere is nice.

I order take out from this location from time to time and always include a Santa Fe dipping sauce on the side. I’ve ordered take out from this location twice over the past 4 months, and both times they have forgotten my Santa Fe dipping sauce in my take out order.
The last two times I specifically asked “Is there Santa Fe dipping sauce in the bag?” and both occasions I was assured everything is in the paper bag that is stapled closed. When I got home and checked, both times the sauce was not included.
This is the last time I will ever order take out from this disorganized location. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There wont be a third time.

The veggie burger was not the best. Not terrible but not worth the money on top of that the Parmesan fries was a joke. You pay almost 4 dlls extra and it’s just like normal fries I did not tasted any difference and there was more fries in the kids order than in mine. The kids order is worth the money. Good portions. Cheesecake was also ok. This was my first time ordering from Boston pizza. I say I will give it maybe a second chance but a big maybe. Maybe they were just having a bad day
