after waiting for ages inside with zero acknowledge of our existence, an employee finally looked at us, and he looked like he was going to help us on cash, laughed, and left to the washroom. We decided to do drive through to see if someone would help us. still no acknowledgment until we said hi first. also didn't have two things we wanted, so we just left. horrible service, get it together. at least pretend to care and treat people how you would want to be treated. also...floors were disgustingly greasy...you can skate around those floors....nasty. Also there was only 2 other people waiting for food, which they were also complaining at how long it was taking for their meals, and no one else in drivethru. Just went to Popeyes...instant service and food took minutes. someone was sweeping the floor. take note. Popeyes was hot after a 15 min drive home. Poor colonel sanders he must be rolling over in his grave

I've been here a few times over the past few months and have given them the benefit of the doubt to no avail. The slow service is not welcoming nor friendly. Never seen a smile on anyone's face that is serving customers. Apparently, ordering food here is an inconvenience to them. Once you order, they will make you sit and wait or have you park your car. My waits have been anywhere from 22 to 38 minutes for small meals. Waiting that long, you would expect everything to be freshly cooked. Think again. My meals have come with old or dry chicken pieces, cold fries, and broken up chicken tenders. I have never received a meal where everything was fresh and I felt like I received good value for my money. As much as I enjoy the brand, this location is missing the mark by a longshot.

Do NOT go there. This franchise is runned by East Indian. No greeting from the cashier. My big crunch burger looked like someone sat on it for half hour. There were also ants on the floor. Numerous dinner tables were dirty. When I told the cook that my fries were cold, he replied by saying sorry, then left.

Came to KfC to order dinner. Ordered my 14piece and 4 sides meal. Sat down and waited then I was waved but the staff member they wanted to speak to me. She said they didn’t have any white meat and I will get all dark meat. I said no I would like white meat and she looked surprised and said it would take 20 minutes. I said fine! 20+ Minutes later and many customers have come and gone it appears that I’ve asked for a unicorn. $55 is a substantial amount of money to spend and even though I wanted white meat mixed it seems that this is a huge request. 23 minutes to receive my order of chicken!

stood there forever, we probably could of stood there all day, then we left. couldn't even imagine how long it would've taken to get our food. I don't see this place surviving for much longer.
Service was really helpful. We ordered a bucket of 8 bone-in pieces, 4 chicken fingers, popcorn chicken, and fries. This option showed only available as Hot & Spicy but they changed it all to original flavour upon request. The kids and I were really happy with the food, flavour and freshness. Food was prepared quickly and the place was really clean. We don’t have KFC often, but this will be the place we go when we do.
