Nobody in line up. Guy who took order could barely speak English or understand English. I try to have patience with the language part as I know not easy to learn another language. But it does get frustrating! Took him much longer than should have to order something very simple! We get to the area to pay and pick up food and they say 10 minute wait to get a deep fried chicken burger. So all in all took clise to 20 minutes when no other customers. No one was in front of us or behind us. I can see why they are not busy! Not cheap either, one chicken sandwich combo and one small side $22.00. Food okay, but should be great for the cost!

Waited and waited to be served then someone came out of the back and saw me and abruptly turned around and went to the back again. Another gentleman came in from outside and said he had been waiting for his order for 15 minutes and nothing. There is no excuse to not even acknowledge a customer or offer and explanation. Both of us walked out.

When i go to a fast food resteraunt, pay otrageuos amounts for the food it is bad enough. But to ask me to leave a tip..ridiculous. I barely eat kfc anymore, bit this pretty ends my patronage.

I decided to treat myself today on my way home from running errands - I pulled through the drive thru, not much of a wait. I ordered chicken strips and when I got home to eat it was the entirely wrong order. Nobody else was in front or behind me so I didn't get someone else's by mistake.

Worst customer service.. told me 7 to 8 min for zinger burgers and made me wait 16 minutes and when i asked doesn’t make any sense when you made us wait for 15 mins for drive through i been told we made fresh and i swear when i open my food at home fries were cold and order was not right .. don’t even understand simple order or maybe they don’t want to .. please respect others hardworking money

I’ve ordered from this location about 5 or 6 times now after not eating kfc for years. I’ve had consistently good service and freshly cooked chicken. I usually order the larger bucket meal and not once has it been even remotely bad. I’m surprised to see some of the reviews.

Worst service. Ordered on uber eats for pickup and they were hiding in the back for 15 minutes nobody at the front as I yelled for somebody. Finally a lady in a dirty hoodie comes from the back that doesn’t wash her hands from god knows what she was doing and starts to build my order. Took 30 minutes to get my order.
Bad experience overall will not be back.

It's been awhile for me that any KFC can do a none greasy Fried Chicken. But on Nov 11th 2025 , they did it right, Chicken nice and crispy, Gravy was also nice and think. Great job the the kitch staff, and management team.
Tried the Popcorn Chicken and Spicy Chicken Wrap at KFC, and both were really delicious! The popcorn chicken was perfectly crispy, and the spicy wrap had a great flavor with just the right kick. Overall, I really enjoyed the food — tasty, fresh, and satisfying!

I went through drive thru and after paying the parked me. I sat for 15 min waiting for my order. And watch as they parked more people in drive thru. I went in to get my food after waiting, witnessed one worker wearing gloves take food out to a vehicle come back in with the same gloves on and continue making food for other orders. No hand washing or changing gloves after touching multiple door handles and going out side.

I went through the drive-through to pick up two chicken tenders and I ended up waiting for more than 15 minutes. Other people went in ordered chicken tenders and got them within 10 minutes. I had to go in to ask for my order after waiting 15 minutes.

Even though I had to wait for about 25 minutes, assuming they are short staffed, my 10 piece meal was freshly made. The lady who worked the drive thru was the one who handed me my order to my car (I’m pretty sure it was her) and she was very kind, good customer service. Drove here from Victoria and was 100% worth it.

This has got to be THE slowest kfc in existence! No one in the drive through, wait in the parking lot for 5-15minutes, multiple people in the drive through still wait 5-15 minutes. Ask for extra tomatoes.. you will get no tomatoes.
