The WORST KFC i have ever tried in canada i order zinger burger there and requested them to make it fresh they said okay and the employee was polite no doubt but they gave me REHEATED chicken not fresh if you can’t make fresh just say it will take time or you don’t have fresh chicken just say that don’t fool people by giving them BAD QUALITY FOOD in the end throw it in BIN Ofc wastage of money

We ordered the Famous Chicken Box Meal — popcorn chicken, fries, and a burger. The entire meal tasted old and reheated. The chicken was dry and tough, nothing tasted fresh or crispy. After eating, I felt extremely nauseous and ended up vomiting. Very disappointing quality — please do not serve food like this. This is unacceptable for a KFC location in Canada.

Came in to order food and waiting 12 minutes with no other customers in the restaurant and staff saw me and clearly ignore my presence. After I made a fuss, and finally got assistance i made my order. Waited another 11 minutes to find out when I got home my order was wrong. Clearly, the management have no clear guidance. Judging, by their Google score, this isn't the first or last..

after waiting for ages inside with zero acknowledge of our existence, an employee finally looked at us, and he looked like he was going to help us on cash, laughed, and left to the washroom. We decided to do drive through to see if someone would help us. still no acknowledgment until we said hi first. also didn't have two things we wanted, so we just left. horrible service, get it together. at least pretend to care and treat people how you would want to be treated. also...floors were disgustingly greasy...you can skate around those floors....nasty. Also there was only 2 other people waiting for food, which they were also complaining at how long it was taking for their meals, and no one else in drivethru. Just went to Popeyes...instant service and food took minutes. someone was sweeping the floor. take note. Popeyes was hot after a 15 min drive home. Poor colonel sanders he must be rolling over in his grave

I've been here a few times over the past few months and have given them the benefit of the doubt to no avail. The slow service is not welcoming nor friendly. Never seen a smile on anyone's face that is serving customers. Apparently, ordering food here is an inconvenience to them. Once you order, they will make you sit and wait or have you park your car. My waits have been anywhere from 22 to 38 minutes for small meals. Waiting that long, you would expect everything to be freshly cooked. Think again. My meals have come with old or dry chicken pieces, cold fries, and broken up chicken tenders. I have never received a meal where everything was fresh and I felt like I received good value for my money. As much as I enjoy the brand, this location is missing the mark by a longshot.
