After staying away from KFC due to previous negative experiences, decided to give it 1 more chance. Went to Langford location at around 6pm on a Thursday night. You can tell the crew here loves their job, they take pride in service and the food is delicious. Ordered chicken, fries and coleslaw, the chicken is not greasy nor overly salted, was lightly battered yet tender and crunchy. It was amazing, rivals gourmet chicken places like chicken 649. The fries weren't greasy either, nice and fried on the outside yet fluffy on the inside. Perfect seasoning on the fries. The coleslaw is fresh, and tasty unlike my previous experience where it was slimy at the Douglas location. We dined in and the crew even came over and asked if everything is up to expectations, the kind of service you expect in a sit down restaurant. You can see in to the kitchen and it is clean and well organized. The crew jokes and communicate with each other, and seem to enjoy working together. Don't know if it's good management or just generally a good crew. Only complaint I have is that I ordered 16 pieces but only receive 14 pieces ( I counted it due to missing pieces at the last visit to Douglas location). The crew was apologetic and gave me 3 more pieces ( don't know if it's KFC's policy to give less or what?) Too bad I don't live close by, or else I will definitely be back all the time.

Just revolting. Only person in the location. 22 minutes to make a sandwich combo. Fries were old and reflashed in the fryer. Curds still partially frozen. Gravy lukewarm at best. Chicken sammich was dried out like Arizona roadkill.With all the amazing fried chicken in town, kfc may as well just pull the plug and go somewhere else. Just nasty

Went and ordered 2- 4piece box meals asked for white meat for 1 order and 2piece for second.. it was only 6pm and the told me to wait for 20 mins and when I said cancel my order the girl asked me to wait..nope I paid for my 2 drinks and one was only 3/4 full.. never again I came from Victoria be cause the KFC in Victoria sucks

Ordered a 20 piece family meal. Asked at drive thru if I could substitute wings for different pieces of chicken and I would pay extra. Was told no problem. Got home and only had 12 pieces of chicken. Tried calling the store multiple times and you can’t get through. It just rings. No answering machine. Disappointed and will never return.

Last three times chicken is sooooo dry , make sure it's edible before you drive all the way home. Please serve chicken that has been made at least in the last hour , also the staff is super miserable and could care less if your standing at the counter for 15 mins before they give in and take your order.

The slowest fast food restaurant I've ever seen in my life. There is no operator. Everyone is wandering around like chickens with their heads cut off. There is only panic inside. There is no one at the front desk. Customers wait too long to even order. Even the delivery drivers do not wait less than 15-20 minutes. It's a complete disgrace.

I took photos of the sticky tables, pop spilled on the floor along with French fries, and condiment packages, totally disgusting I can only imagine what the kitchen area looks like.... do we not have food inspectors on the island, this place would be told to shut down.... very POOR
