Large portions on pasta. Attentive to special requests. Quesidilla had large pieces of chicken & not much cheese which made it dry, more cheese was brought when asked.

They could do with a overall redo They chairs need recovering and carpet needs to get a new one. Do not look good when things are ripped and holes in carpets

Everything was great except they way over cooked my $50 steak, there was only carrot and only 5 small pieces of carrot for veggies on the plate. Our server was excellent though. I wish I could remember her name because she went way out of her way to make our experience better.

Kitchen was the worst part of our experience, the chicken tenders were burnt and we were told it's because the oil needs to be changed!!! Isn't this a necessary thing? I think thats a poor excuse

Although the server was very nice it was very slow! We were there for over 3 hours and not because we were going slowly. It took well over an hour to get our meal and over 30 minutes for dessert which was just one brownie to share. The server didn't come to apologize for the wait or even to refill waters until asked. Food was good as always though and the company was great so it wasn't a bad night at all.

Sadly the steak was not to order, the brussels were burnt to charcoal bits, the carrots were not cooked and barely warm but the little bit of mashed potatoes given were really good. The server was absolutely lovely.

Service was excellent. Had bruschetta for an appy and it was delicious. Main was “good”. My husband's pasta was “perfect” according to him, my steak was good, one side was a bit charcoaled and I had to cut the top layer off as I couldn't even chew it. But my dog was quite appreciative of this snack. The vegetable options were brussels and carrots. Brussels were over cooked and carrots were undercooked. So that was a little disappointing. Ambiance was good and noise level was fair.

Our server was amazing and did what she could to make my wife's birthday dinner amazing and memorable

The food was alright, and the service was a little slow, especially since there weren't many people in the restaurant. It's not my first choice for business lunch, but it works.

We were disappointed right from entering and standing for quite a period of time at an empty desk waiting for someone, anyone to show us to our table. The table was so sticky, I asked for it to be cleaned. I was told that's how the tables are, that it had been cleaned. My ribs were cooked dry with a forgettable bbq sauce wiped across them.....my husband ordered peppercorn sirloin pasta, which was macaroni with small chunks of meat. We had not been to a Mr Mikes for many years and we won't bother in future...that was a $94 absolutely boring dinner. Sad.

The food was just okay nothing special except for desert the brownie ice cream and sauces was good

First came to Mr. Mike’s opening night and were left disappointed but gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was opening night.

Recently went there to see if it was just an opening night mishap but we were proven wrong. Our waitress was kind, maybe overly kind to compensate the quality of food and how long everything took to come out. The tables (as many people say in their reviews) are sticky and weird feeling. The kids colouring sheets didn’t come with any colouring utensils and not even a pen was given to them when asked about it. Glad we ordered our kids food before ours, because by the time ours came out it had been two hours of us sitting there and anyone with kids knows that their patience runs thin after a while. When our food finally came out (which I was going to tell them to cancel our order so we could leave) mine was the wrong order so I only had fries for dinner. They did comp my order thankfully. Even my kids milk tasted rancid. Our kids were angels, we even skipped their desserts to go to DQ because it was an awful experience and didn’t want to wait another hour to get the desserts. So much time and money wasted on terrible tasting food. Will never be back

I hope you guys do “take into consideration” all these reviews because it seems like you don’t and nothing changes, good luck for the future.
