My FAVOURITE restaurant so biased review. But honestly I’ve never had a bad experience at any OJ location. Unfortunately this has just changed - service was horrible, the food was unedible, and our waitress was having a personal conversation instead of checking on our food. I left so dissapointed.

It bothers me to write such a poor review of my favourite restaurant. - went to OJ's in Langford. We were seated promptly, and everything was as good as usual. I had the burrito bowl with medium-rare steak and a side of fries, because I love the dill sauce. The food came out - my steak was so overdone that it was like shoe leather, and the fries were so cold they were inedible. our waitress had a personal friend come in and spent the entire time chatting with him. did not come check on our meal once. Anyway, I was very disappointed- had this been my first time at OJ's, I would never go back. She did, however, take the fries and burrito bowl off the bill.

Service was good, food was a good portion for the cost just found everything salty. There was course salt on the fries ad well they put salt on top of the fish which was not exactly appealing.

Been waiting almost an hour to get our food. The table beside us is the same thing. I asked our server how long the wait would be and she told me that they ran out of beef dip mix and had to buy more. Why not just come and tell us so we could order something different? The Pineapple was also out for the Kona burger.
Really put a damper on our Father’s Day dinner.

The whole menu is great... Chicken gyoza are our favorite for sharing. Slushy drinks, ice cold water, lots to choose from on the drink menu and the food menu! Specials throughout the week and the wait staff are excellent!

I was really looking forward to this meal, but unfortunately it fell short. It took over an hour for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold. I ordered the eggs Benedict, but the bun was so hard it was almost impossible to cut through, which made the whole dish really disappointing. Our server seemed okay, but she was hardly around—possibly just stretched too thin—so the service felt impersonal and slow overall. Hopefully just an off day, but I wouldn't rush back.

We were disappointed that the choice of burgers was limited when we arrived at 630. My fish tacos were cold but I didn't want to make a fuss

Our server was excellent. Perfect choice for our crowd . We went here after bowling at Langford lanes . Group of 12. Glad we made a reservation.

New Years Dinner the place was not to busy but it took around 20 min until the server showed up, we ordered drinks and food at the same time. It took another 20 minutes to get our drinks. Then it took another 30-40 min to get our food. I had another event to get to by then so we asked for the bill and ate as quickly as possible. There was 0 ambience for new years and 0 staff considering the place was open. Sorry but I don't think I will return to this place.

Amazing service from our server! Tip them well they deserve it. One thing, they oversalt their fries way too much, have to order with no salt.
Horrible food I will never ever order from this place again what a rip off I highly suggest you go somewhere else

Love this place! Great place to chill and share a meal/drinks with people. Service is especially amazing. Feels like the staff is a family and they work together as an efficient team. Really happy with the General Manager especially. It's evident she cares about the client experience as well as her staff. Makes for an awesome environment, the people working here making it really comfortable and I'm usually the type to feel awkward with servers (you know the feeling- when you get asked how the food is one bite in, and you can tell they are just chevking in on you because they have to). But not here! Here it's nice to say hello as a repeat customer!! Thanks OJ's Ellerslie!!

I have been here numerous times and gotten a pulled pork burger with potatoes each time. Everytime I’ve eaten here the food comes out cold. I told my server about the potato’s and he begrudgingly went to get fresh potato’s that were still cold. He then ignored us the rest of the meal, even though it wasn’t busy. Did not thank us and was cold to us. Had multiple disappointments at this location.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns and are generally good with CC.
