Ordered a lactose free grande latte using Drive Through, and the lady at the window told me that her computer screen had an issue and I repeated the drink, a grande latte with Lactose free milk! And I got the drink and started to drive away and 2 minutes later when I tasted the coffee it was a weird taste, checked the cup and it was hot water with some weird syrup in it! This is no joke! I might have an allergy , how an employee can do this on purpose? Are you guys racist? Or does Starbucks employees think it's OK to joke on people! Will call the customer service and will certainly stop by that branch again to exchange few words! No seriously, this is a serious issue!

There are 3 Starbucks in langford and I'm so disappointed in this location. Unfortunately, it is the only location that door dash delivers to my house. They have made my drink wrong multiple times. For such an expensive drink it should taste right. I do not have this issue when visiting the other locations in langford and I also find it strange how the goldstream location has cheaper prices? I really hope the staff is all trained correctly. This is my 3rd drink in 1 week that was made incorrectly ... bad for me I'm addicted to Starbucks ?
