Ordered two new drinks today one dubai chocolate matcha and one dubai chocolate mocha. When my order arrived i got two of the same drink not very impressed.

This Starbucks is VERY slow. You’ll wait twice as long in store as you would in drive through. They need to add more staff or do more training.

Very upsetting customer service. We ordered drinks 10 min ahead of time and pulled up to the drive thru. The drinks were apparently not ready, and some barista gave a rude lecture about waiting for the app to say that the drinks were ready. So… it would have been better to just pull up and not pre order?
Place wasn’t even busy. So bizarre!

Drinks are inconsistent. It’s always hit and miss at this location. They definitely need better training. Tired of going back asking to make new one. Also the staff give pretty bad(not friendly) attitude when asked to make new drink.

The Belmont Starbucks is my all-time favourite Starbucks location. Love Ashley, Tony, Alyssa, Lael, truly every staff member here is amazing and so kind to me, my husband, and my son. This review is long overdue. The staff here make us feel so welcome and have celebrated with us through the good times and empathized and been so caring on the tough days. Truly grateful for their warmth, kindness, and thoughtfulness.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks! Mannat was the barista who helped me, she was really kind, patient, and made my drink perfectly. It’s always nice to see someone so positive and attentive at work.

Do not go here if you mobile order. They get all snippy at you for using the app. They always claim the order just came in when you placed it 10-15 minutes ago. Then proceed to lecture you on ordering 🙄. This isn't tims, show us some customer service.
